@@21stcenturystrengthethos47 For me it's also a powerlifter physique which looks better. It's because the heavy lifting in certain exercises emphasizes certain muscle groups that make look stronger. Those are the muscle groups you're looking at to determine wheter someone is strong or just fit. Muscle groups like traps, shoulders, Glutes and Legs.

Depending on if you pull from thumb and index finger=outer head or from the pinky, you will focus the inner head more. Imagine like the wings of a plane if the right wing is up more tension will focus towards it. Same with upper and lower region. Since Larry got his left bicep teared, it kind of sunk down. If you rewatch the video around 50-55min you can clearly see that Larry has very little power and therefore cannot complete the range of motion of that exercise since his body forces himself to create momentum from the shoulder. Depressing the shoulders is key for upper bicep isolation.
@michaelrizzo13174 жыл бұрын
These guys are pushing larry so hard to keep up but hes not used to these particular movements so its extra hard for him as it would be for this guy to try and keep up with larry when it comes to bench squats or deadlift, but even though hes in pain and its hurting his muscles he still keeps going and doesn't give up much respect
