Hello Krystle, I also use acrylics. They have taught me a lot so whatever I’ve learned from them, I apply it to oil. I feel at this pace, I’m going faster than ever before. Thank you for all your guidance

That's great that you are able to transfer your knowledge of acrylics to oils! I've never tried painting in oils, but maybe one day :)

Thanks for watching my videos! Happy to know they’re helping! I think this video will be helpful, it’s what I would do if I were starting in art business right now kzbin.info/www/bejne/gquWZJ6bm76Ahrcsi=UT_0MubgUEI6N-ml

I’ve made a video on packaging prints, you can watch it here kzbin.info/www/bejne/h3uVXmWrmLB-rqMsi=ZoMwTQP4xdw6-RTQ I do frame some times, but not for outdoor shows because it’s not too good with humidity and paper it wrinkles up.

Thank you for your videos! One question: should all original paintings be completed before applying to an art fair/ art event?
@KrystleColeArt18 күн бұрын
No, you can definitely take things to an art fair that you have not applied with in your booth shot, you just wanna make sure that the work that you apply with will be representative of everything you end up taking to the show.

As I mentioned the last time I viewed one of your videos, I have been asking questions and gathering information from other artists in my area. Usually, what you have revealed follows closely with what the locals tell me. Over the last year to eighteen months I have been told 9X12 is the most optimum print size for sales followed by 8X10. Smaller sizes down to 5x7 are good sellers if the picture is of a lighter colored composition, simple drawing. Some around here will not go any larger than 9X9, preferring 6X6 and 5X5. This presentation is going to be some real food for thought. I might want to change my original and print size papers. Thank you. I do take your advice very seriously.
