Wonderful video but no recipe? I couldn’t write what was on the screen fast enough before it moved on. Is there a recipe written someplace that I could find?

Can you please list the ingredients in the description box. It helps. Is the pancake considered Moroccan pancake? When I make the batter, why does it become doughy or doesn’t create the bubbles? How long did you blend the batter it the blender and let it rest? Some recipes to let it rest 15-30 mins.

I will go back to it and edit the description box to contain the ingredients :) It is not Moroccan, all Arabic world makes these. They might have different variations of it 😃 This one won’t be doughy, please follow the same amounts and it will turn out great. You blend it for a about 30 seconds until all ingredients mix up. It needs no resting since I do not use yeast in it. Please follow the video and the amounts and I promise it will turn great. All details are in the video. Let me know if you have more questions and how you find it when you try it 😃

Ramadan Mubarak✨🌙 Every year, I try a new recipe and I still haven’t found one I’m 100% happy with. I’m going to try this one today and see how it goes! ***Btw, for lazies like me, Ricotta cheese makes a great substitute for the homemade “ashta”👀😅
