In Australia Indoe Mie are super popular and because they come from our neighbours in Indonesia we have a plentiful supply of a bunch of different varieties available pretty much everywhere. They even come in Australian military ration packs. My favourite is just the standard one and I usually eat 2 packs in a large bowl with a fried egg or 2 on top. 😋😋😋

Love these, will bring this out on my next camp trip! Also, if you want the noodles to be a bit more crunchy, pour out the water a bit sooner. Noodles are already cooked and fried, so you dont need to cook them all the way if you prefer a different texture

Mee Goreng is an Indonesian product. I can absolutely recommend it as super yummy. If you can find bean sprouts at your local Asian supermarket, that'll be a great addition to the mix.
