Banana bread 4 ripe bananas 6 tbsp butter 1 cup brown sugar if u don't want it sweet add apple sauce 1/2 cup apple sauce 1 egg 1 tsp. Vanilla extract 1 tsp. Cinnamon because cause she said a lot cinnamon Pinch of salt Mix in 2 c flour 1 tsp. Baking soda Top with sliced banana Bake for 350 for 45 minutes Enjoy I hope this helps for anyone that is wondering what is the ingredients and measurements

As a filipino, put your bananas in the fridge. And when they have lots of dark spots. Thats when you know its ready. Usually 3 to 4 days in the fridge is the sweet spot. It may look spoiled, but Its not. Darkened bananas are traditionally used and they are way sweeter

I can definitely tell you a better version... Use the oil as needed but for flavor and moisture Buttermilk or Sour Cream, or Greek Yogurt!

The recipe I usually use also calls for melted butter instead of oil. It's so good! I also add a half cup of chopped pecans to the batter and sprinkle more on top.

If you can stand your bananas almost black the better the flavor. I've neber heard of cinnamon 😋 I prefer butter too. I havnt found a recipe I like 100 percent yet but imma try this one amd use river bananas. I like chocolate chips sometimes too. Seen a man use blueberrys in his. Strange but okay. I used to get so mad I couldn't do lemon bread till I found out it really wasn't lemons it was lemon pie filling powder lmao took me a while and someone told me one day it was that. I felt so dumb u know how many lemons n juice I out in mine and still couldn't get it right hahaha

I can give you a better healthy recipe. 3 bananas blend them with a1/4 of a cup of apple juice, pour it into a bowl Add 3 eggs, 1 cup of apple sauce, a teaspoon of vanilla 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Mix all well. Add 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 1 cup of reg flour, 3 tsps of baking powder and 1 tsp of baking soda. Beat all together the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Pour it into whatever oiled baking pan you wish. Bake at 350F for 30" to 35" take out of the oven when the stick will come clean

I used to not like banana bread either but loved bananas, I think it was just something about cooked bananas that didn’t taste good to me. But years later I now love banana bread! So you may not like it now, but maybe years in the future you’ll suddenly think it’s tasty :)
