It's so good to have a new vlog from you, Lionel. Those ribs looked delicious! I like a good massage but not a painful one. Some people say that you must have pain to appreciate pleasure. I'll just pass on the pain part! 😂. Have a great weekend, buddy.

It's actually assisted stretching. That's what Thai Massage is. When your body is tight. That where the pain comes in. Stretching it losen the body, thus relief the pain afterwards.

I learned that too. Lol 😆 I used to like the oil massage cos it's just like a piece of meat and someone apply butter on it. 😆 After doing a few thai massages. Now I see the benefits and it's definitely much better than oil massage.
