I was there last year. The quality of beef you can get for the price is outstanding. And because it's not super focused on fat content like the A5/A4 wagyu beef, you can taste more of the meat, while still appreciating the fat and tenderness. I wish I had more time in Korea to go back to Majang meat market, but alas - next trip. Great video! Enjoy, sir!

i completely agree, the beefiness is uncomparable to any other steak ive tasted in my life, wagyu is too rich for my liking as im unable to finish a whole steak however with hanwoo beef i could eat that all day long. would u agree?

Hanwoo has more meaty taste I'm my opinion Hanwoo is way better than wagyu or kobe beef
