I'm so glad you guys use barilla instead of Dececco Total difference in quality. Sometimes when I make Lasagna, I do the clemenza sauce from the godfafter. After cooking the clamenza sauce, I chop up the meatballs and Italian sausage. I put A little bit of basil and Oregano. I also mix the Ricotta cheese Shredded Mozzarella with fresh Burata cheese.

Hi Papa P and Chef Dom, I watched this video again. I needed a refresher! You guys are the closest brothers! How nice! Not all siblings are this close. I have taken care of my mentally and physically disabled sister for nearly 20 years now. I would miss her to pieces if she was no longer in my care. Do you guys have a sister or is it just you two. Your mom was/is such an inspiration in terms of raising kids. If I can recall and I may be wrong, your mom was the driving force in bringing up her kids. Both of you are highly appreciated for your skills and wanting to share this information with all of us. There is just so much to say about the two of you and your mom. Sincerely, Tierney
