Your recipes are always so easy to follow and turn out great whenever I make them because you present every step so well. To make this with chicken mince, what would be the changes to the recipe if any.

Thank you so much. I've never made this with chicken before, however I would personally omit the Worcestershire sauce and add some tomatoes instead. I usually use Worcestershire sauce mainly to my beef recipes. I don't know how it will lend itself to chicken. If you try it with chicken, I'd love to know how it goes.

If you don't have that sauce, its okay, you may want to add a little tomato / a tiny bit of vinegar. It will still turn out really well.

Hi James, If you dont have Worcestershire sauce, you can just leave it out. Maybe add some chopped tomatoes instead. The flavour will be slightly different, but it will still taste good.

You refer to this as 'Savoury Goan Beef' recipe...... To my knowledge, worcestershire sauce was never an ingredient in authentic Goan Beef Mince recipes​. Otherwise nice recipe...

Love the recipe, great demo. Using words like "a cup worth" sounds like old and ancient english and try not using words like "Pot" because it does not sound very good in cooking terminology so often. Besides you use the word Pot pot pot pot way too many times. Try using words like pan or vessel, dish.
