You'll be surprised how forgiving people are when they see the baby. Everyone's heart just melts looking at a newborn. and if they do get upset.. Screw them! having a baby is normal and a part of life. My advice, Rip the bandaid off, go to your favorite restaurant, have a nice meal and a few drinks. Take a bottle and stroller with you. If they get hungry, just shove the bottle in his mouth.. We've found bottle feeding in a restaurant is much easier than breastfeeding. 😀

SHOUT! I've lived in G.R. most of my life so at 54, I've seen the city change in sooo many ways, too many to list. That said locals like me forget how much there is to explore in G.R. as the city continues to grow. Heck, a 12k seat amphitheater is going up right next to the Grand River in a couple years. If you can have that plus the 15k capcity Van Andel arena and keep them both busy, you're a highly anticipated growing city. While myself, have to get downtown more often I hope I won't miss the other luxuries of being a mid size metropolitan city.
