I'm grateful for the strength I found to still be alive. I wanted to leave this body many times over the past year. I look into my newborn smiles , my two older children and partner and see how important it is for me to be here. Its a daily battle but im still here... thank you for your energy.

I’m grateful for making it through this year despite a seven year relationship coming to an end, I’m grateful I was able to receive a roof over my head despite living in a car for three months, I’m grateful for a job that is very flexible and understanding about my current life situation. I’m grateful that at 27, I’m just starting to get back into working out and slowly starting to see results, I went from five push-ups to 50, from one pull up to ten. I’m grateful for a new car that I love, I’m grateful for friends that I can talk to about my day and a family that is caring and wants the best for me

I am grateful that I feel so so good sometimes and for all the exercises I do: - I use you - Chi Gong - dance on Daily OM - walking - my guitar and hip fix exercises, plus swimming in the mountain river in the summer! I am now 74 and have metal in my wrist and a false knee! I was getting so weak when I was working in an office and since then I am fitter than I have ever been - Its down to people like you and getting good natural nutrition.

I'm so grateful, I am beginning to feel my scapula region moving being in touch with my body is the greatest asset achievement, no amount of money can be spent and achieve this, my whole body is beginning to show even my face, but the way I am motivated by your teachings, you are a guru to me, 70 years old and learning from my teacher, I thank God everyday, my first reach in the morning is the exercises, not a pill or strong something to awaken my body. I can walk and walk and walk because my hips are carrying me. Thank you.

Hi, Josh. I'm grateful for the great content you consistently bring us. Keep it up! I've been following your channel for a couple of months and I would like to tell you that the Daily Practice has been a great incorporation to my morning routine. Before that, I used to do a 5-minute dynamic stretching routine to wake up my body followed by a round or two of HIIT exercises. However, I felt this wasn't enough. The following day I would still wake-up stiff and had to do all over again. A month ago I replaced that with the Daily Practice and, what I've found to be key for major improvements (apart from the routine itself), is to perform 2 rounds. I try to combine it with some full body strength, primal movement or mobility routine. Now I wake up quite relaxed and, even if I skip a morning session, the next day I still don't feel stiff. PS: Great challenging routine! I did 2 rounds following along.

I'm grateful for my friends, and family. It might sound cliché, but having people that I can trust enough to talk with about my deepest darkest fears and anxieties is something I'm incredibly grateful for. Likewise, having people who need me, and depends on me gives me perspective. My needs are not all consuming, and helping and caring for others reminds me that my needs are not anymore important that anyone else.
