Hey, I just came here to say that, binaural beats help and are effective for stuff like staying awake, concentrating and sleeping, but they wont work if you're overworked, burnt out or severly sleep deprived. Your body is not a machine, or a clock so if you've been awake for 2 days in a row and this vid doesnt work for you this might be your body telling you it's time to rest, wether you finished that philosophy paper or not. I'm saying this out of experience, you might be able to stay awake for 48 h straight, but thats as far you can go, your body will not focus the same for the rest of the week. Believe me. I know those papers and specially the finals are really important, but your health is way more important than that grade. If you *_absolutely_* have to stay awake, here are some tips from a college student: 1. try to time it (an all nighter) well in your schedule, dont do more than 2 in the same week 2. drink plenty of water (calculate how much water you need by weight) 3. avoid energy drinks, a healthy breakfast and some coffee or tea will be enough, you'll need the healthy energy. 4. when you dont sleep, your organs dont either and have no time to rest, plus your brain doesn't "save" the information you're trying to learn so you're essentially doing a disservice to yourself. Sleep deprivation can cause loss of memory, heart failure, diabetes, high blood presure, damages your nervous and inmune system, permanent brain damage, etc. 5. during the day you will feel how your lungs struggle a little to breathe, so sit up in a comfortable position where breathing is not difficult. If you start feeling this way, try to get sleep as soon as posible, extreme exhaustion is close by. 6. sleeping for an hour or two is better than nothing. 7. try not to drive, kinda like driving dunk so, it's not safe for you or the people around you. Please be safe, sleep soon, good luck with those finals. Also, sorry if theres typos, weird grammar or spelling, im a languages student so, i've got 4 languages in my mind fighting for dominance, im sorry. Have an awesome day 🥰

@@bestbinauralbeats No problem!! :) just sharing some tips that might help others stay healthier and avoid the same mistakes I've made. If you wish to quote this i have no problem, i would suggest doing a quick search of the effects of sleep deprivation to include them in a small warning in your videos, just so people learn about it from a trustworthy source. I mentioned a few but those are just some i remembered easily. Quoting an article or a specialist of the subject would be much better.

I’ve got to say, these are the most stimulating and effective binaural beats I’ve come across that advertise the ability to “wake me up”, and I have listened to a lot of videos stating the same thing (nearly each of them in their entirety). I’ve even tried videos with binaural beats that claim to mimic the effects of amphetamine, and those barely left a dent. I started watching this video completely fatigued and unmotivated to do anything whatsoever without much idea why, but as of writing this now, I am only five minutes in and am so much more alert and clearly much more awake. All the fatigue I was experiencing at the very start is now gone. That’s honestly very impressive. Also, a side note to anybody watching this video claiming it did not work for them: if I had to guess, you gave it less than three minutes and disappointingly dipped. Listen to the video in its entirety and I’m positive you will end up both with results and satisfied.

Thanks! I haven't slept for more than 2 hours for the last 9 days. I fall asleep around 3 or 4 am and then up in 2-3 hours. Exhausting stuff. I've been an insomniac since childhood, survived years of trauma. But the medicine given doesn't work anymore. Then I'll crash & burn, meaning at some point, like last night, I'll pass out and not wake up till the afternoon. I've used your recordings to start training my brain to go to sleep. This morning I used your wake up recorn8ng to put an end to my extreme sleepiness. It works extremely well. I thank you for your expertise. I found you because I searched for recordings that educated PLUS emphasized transparency. Who knows what's in the numerous others who dress it up in fairydust. I don't need more stuff to mess with my head. I need authenticity. I will keep trying the recordings to help induce sleep, my case may take a while. I practice sleep "hygiene" knowing what to do and what not to do, but probably need to practice these sleep recordings more till they can reset some pathways. I don't understand the scientific reason for insomnia caused by trauma but it seems to be a stubborn setting inside my brain that simply refuses to shut up, shut down, calm down, rest. Keep working. I will keep practicing.

I wish the comment section on these videos contained more genuine reviews as opposed to sarcasm and Jokes. People like me come for this stuff because we genuinely need help, and as a natural skeptic, I look for reviews in whatever I'm trying. The sarcasm and jokes make it harder to evaluate the comments seriously. I'm just a college student in a tough semester trying to do my best and looking at different areas of potential help. As for me, I found that this video seemed to help me wake up. got up early to work on homework and didn't fully feel awake until about 90 minutes after waking up, which was 15 minutes into this video. I'd say it helps at least to some extent. ty

This stuff is actually amazing. I'm a regular user for almost a year now. Put on headphones, go bathroom, wash face, by the time I'm making coffee in the kitchen I'm wide awake. And I've used all kinda stimulants before, so I've got some experience with states of alertness etc. This doesn't force your brain to become active, it just makes you awake. It's really fascinating how it works so well. Make sure you use really good headphones to get a clear signal in both ears. Should be one constant humming sound with no fluctuations. Also remember it's not about noise levels you can listen to it barely audible as long as you hear it's there.

Hey, Steve! My brother's name is Steve. This is my first trial of binaural beats, but saying affirmations every day really helped my happiness quest. Try saying, "The more I love myself, the more I love others and the more they love me!" Then, take a deep breath. It's supposed to help implant that message in the subconscious. A great pair of relationship gurus taught me that. Go to Wikipedia or other reference and look-up "Neurolinguistics." It works for me and a lot of other people. And there are no side-effects, nor bills in the mail. NL+BB could be a blessing.

This kind of works but I was still struggling to stay awake at 12 minutes. I have extreme difficulty getting out of bed. It is to the point where if I'm forced to get up too quickly, I can't see clearly and I will be tired for the rest of the day just based off that. Of course my parents call bullshit so I can't get help for it. This is great though! I didn't fall back asleep and managed to get up on time ☺

Yes I have an alarm to wake me up. And no I don't anymore like I used to lol. I get up a little more easily these days I go to bed at 10:30 now. A little early for someone like me but it helps a little bit. That and the knowledge that I'll miss my bus if I don't.

(Get this to the top please!) I have noticed that many of the people *(not all)* have been using this to pull all-nighters and other things Sleep deprivation can effect your ability to remember things, increases the risk of getting diabetes and heart diseases, and (at the most extreme case) symptoms of schizophrenia. Now I’m not saying YOU ALL SUCK FOR DOING NO SLEEP NOOBS I’m saying, if you have homework to do or other academic things, and if you have to pull an all-nighter, we’ve all been in that position before But if you’re pulling an all-nighter to play video games or other things, you are just setting yourself up for failure and you aren’t gunna feel good. *NOT EVERYONE IN THE COMMENT SECTION IS LIKE THIS, THIS IS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE REPLACING THIS FOR ACTUAL SLEEP*
