I made this tonight for my family and they raved about it for an hour after finishing it! Just tried this recipe a few days and let me tell you all something.. it's the best chicken I've ever had and the best sandwich I've ever had! You probably think I'm joking but I'm not, everything from the homemade ranch to the bacon and the chicken and then the garlic bread.. it all worked together so well. I gotta hand it to you Sam, it's because of your videos that I've been able to get myself and my family cooking at home and every recipe I've tried, I love them. I'm so glad I found this channel because every other one I've looked at for cooking/baking channels just went poorly, the recipes were either too complicated or just didn't go together right. Now I can't wait to try out new recipes, it's amazing.

I made four of these CBR sandwiches for my family tonight and we all said they were the best sandwiches we have ever had! One of my siblings said, "you would not find anything this good at a fast food restaurant." He also said" you would pay like nine or ten dollars for this sandwich at a restaurant." Then I told him that I got this recipe from Sam The Cooking Guy on KZbin and he owns his own restaurant in So. Cal called, Not Not Tacos. He was not surprised that this was a chef's recipe. He did surprise me when he said he has heard of this restaurant because I had not heard of it prior to finding this channel. I made this Tuesday night. If this is true Ranch dressing, then the bottled variety has no business calling itself Ranch dressing! And the blackened chicken with that fabulous rub was f$#&@%g off the hook! According to my son (34 years old) it was restaurant grade chicken. And the bacon - I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fry bacon ever again. Thank you, Sam, this truly was a life-changing recipe!

Just wanted to say how much I enjoy what you all are doing.. Sam, your ideas and thoughts on meals, left-overs and 'traditional' recipes are exceptional!! This chicken bacon ranch was legit, and the pan sauce steak vid changed my entire cooking profile. I actually combined the blackened chicken fond to make a pan sauce and topped it all with peperjack cheese and the flour cooked bacon to make the best thing iv'e ever made... Keep up the Great Work!!! Tell Max to flex a bit more on the editing cause it's hilarious, and throw La Bong in more as a secondary taste tester. love your vids all!!!!

Oh come on man. That looks fupping delicious. I did the chili dog chili the other day and my wife lost her sh*t. I added a bit of Sriracha paste and a couple pinches of sugar in the raw to cut the acid. It started with some wonderful spicy notes and finished with a tiny sweet hint. The mustard in it made it. I was helping sod a yard, and there were sod rolls. We were rolling them down a hill to be placed at the bottom. One helper just could not figure out the right way (it's a 50/50 chance) and tossed them the wrong way every single time, and they would unroll at the top instead of rolling to the bottom. He looked puzzled, and could not figure out why they didn't unroll for the rest of us. Watching Sam with the bacon reminded me of this.

Made this tonight for the first time. Used sub buns and added provolone cheese but otherwise followed the recipe. The family loved it! Oh, and the chicken was made in your cast iron and cut with your knife. Great products!
