What's going on guys? This is VinylicPuma, back with another Borderlands video and I promised you guys a sequel! Granted, I suppose it's more of a Pre-Sequel rather than a concrete within Borderlands 2 sequel, but today, I figured I'd go over my Legendary Guns and Weapons Tier List for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel!
In this video, I'll be ranking guns from Tier's F through S, we'll be including Grenades in addition to conventional weapon types, and I'll also be including DLC Legendaries that were added with Claptastic Voyage! So be sure to check this video out!

Everyone hates on this game, but honestly it was much more enjoyable simply because of the balance it had over BL2. I still have MORE TIME on BL2, but the presequel was far less infuriating at times without doubt.

The reload damage is so high on the laser disker because it counts as a rocket launcher, even helps fulfill launcher base challenges. It and the absolute zero on Wilhelm are an unholy combo of amazing freeze and smash, though the zero has enough base damage to kill on its own.

Can you do a "poor mans" version of legendaries. E.g. the topneaa is the poor mans norfleet, the droog is the poor mans lyuda/lyudmila. Would be interesting to hear your opinions of poor mans variants and how easy they are to get/how useful they are for things like normal playthrough

It was as simple as using the teir list site everybody else did and just going from there, show gameplay of the gun, add it to list, all the while explaining its placement

Dude super loving the tier list video's, a lot of cool guns and I hope to hell that the unkempt Harold returns in BL3, properly love that gun, especially with the double penetrating version. In fact make it a talking version with clints voice popping quotes from the movies, now that would be cool. Can you imagine facing off the bandits at doc mercy 's, pulling out your unkempt Harold and the gun saying will I fire six shots or only five or thirteen, who gives a sh#t, or go ahead make my day using clints voice. That would be cool. Would not get bored of that. Dude! Make it happen.

Quasar has always been best utility grenade. Not the best dps, not the best paired with grog or stripping melee shield. But group em up, strip their shield, and screw the leech

5:55 is really only good on Wilhelm due to Wolf and Saint tbh it's like running the mod on Axton due to his turrets and allowing slag to be placed allowing you to deal with crowds quicker

I know he dislikes slow fire rate sniper rifles, but even so, the Omni Cannon is awesome and is way more deserving of being in at least B tier. It has very high damage per shot, doesn't suffer from sway like other Hyperion SRs and it does explosive damage! It is by far Aurelia's best sniper rifle as she is a sniper and explosive damage synergises very well with her cryo damage

@@randomguy3849 I believe he mostly prefers high DPS guns, which of course are very good, but sniper rifles don't rely on that. I don't mind if they have a slow fire rate, as long as they can reliably give me a "one shot, one kill", and the Omni Cannon is the best one in the hands of the best Sniper, Aurelia

@@redohealer2 yeah for real, i hate uvhm because it forces you to play with one single gun and equipment combo and a specific skill tree that is optimized rather than letting you experiment and it's more tedious than hard really. And in the pre sequel, where they fixed uvhm and made it playable, there are almost no fucking raid bosses and no seraph stuff.

Shredifier is at least a C tier, maybe a B tier. It's not awful in BL2 (simply outclassed most of the time), and without as many rivals in TPS, it definitely gets even better. The Quasar is at least an A tier, maybe an S tier in TPS because it's the one grenade you can just slap on any character. It's definitely superior to the Storm Front (which I'm personally not a huge fan of). Fire Bee should probably be B tier or even A tier. Sure, not being quite as good in areas without atmosphere hurts it, but it can still kill things really easily. Skullmasher should be A tier, at least for how good it is on Aurelia. Badaboom should definitely be S tier; it's already great in BL2, and the lack of both the Norfleet and Topneaa makes it the single best launcher in TPS. Sure, Kaneda's Laser is great, but it's a lot more niche and harder to use than the Badadoom.

I wonder if you would be able to do one of these for blue rarity boas unique drops. For example the Greed from Captain Scarlet, Flynt's Tinderbox, and for the sake of it, minibosses and specific enemies like Bonehead 2.0 would also count as they are the only enemies who can drop said weapons on my knowledge.

I Got The Perma Sharp IVF , The Sub Machine Gun IS BEAST in My Opinion I Got It Aftr Beating Zarpadur or whatever that chicks name is and the first run with the raid boss cake because of this gun , shot a few times and then Reloaded , when u reload your player throws the gun and it explodes like a grenade .. it broke the mask off the raid boss in three reloads . And i love the ZK-1 the bullets follow ur enemies and that was clutch for my second winds during the fight 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ . But then again thats prolly guns that was beast without the dlc i just downloaded the handsome collection out the ps store cause it was free and had free time cause i got tired of Fort n Apex that i played this game . Honestly cant wait to hOp on Borderlanders 2 and then Buy BL3
