Buy regular oats, mix your own protein. That way you can change up the taste and intake less processed ingredients. Don’t limit yourself to packaged products if you’re looking for gains. All the food he’s suggesting is good tho. Keep it up my man

Sugar is the second ingredient on the Oatmeal label. The actual protein is way down on the list. The closer to the top of the list, the more abundant. Essentially you have sugar Oatmeal with protein added. You are better off buying rolled oats, cooking them, and adding your own protein powder so you can control exactly what is going into your body instead of listening to this person and letting corporations control how much processed crap goes into you.

One cup of regular oats has about 26 g of protein. People pay too much attention to brands and labels. Make you pancakes using chickpea flour, and that will pack your body with protein and fiber. Fiber being really more important to be honest. Protein just helps with the healing after you tear your muscles during your workouts. The faster you heal, the faster you build. But the best thing’s what you put in your body like fiber, which helps filter out the fat that is already there. Just eat this 🍆🍑🍓🍒🥑🍌🍎🌱🍊🍍🍋🥥🥜🥔🍇🍉🥝🥗🥦🍄🥒🥕🌽🍏🍅🥬🍚🍈🥙🌰🫒🫐🍐🧅🧄🌶️🫑🥭🍠
