I feel you bro! I’m a handheld guy myself and just turned 35, it’s time we save our backs if we want to be doing this for years to come! I’m on an easyrig but this looks solid!

Gotta think of doing this long term for sure! I can't work without it now! Very impressed by this unit hey

I am testing one out with my rig and have used your tip to use the Kong Express Frog clip and have two questions: 1. What type of plate are you putting in between the Hook Vest clip and Kong? 2. My immediate impression was being annoyed by the clip hanging in front of my monitor. Upon re-watching your video, multiple times, I noticed your hook is in between your line of sight and the monitor as well. Is there a reason why you prefer it that way? Love your videos and thank you for providing useful content!

Amazing review, mate. Looks like a wonderful solution for prolonged shooting sessions like weddings and events without doing a lowerback workout while at it.😅

Thanks for this just purchased the same unit from Amazon Australia after your review, going to use it with my Blackmagic 4k with cage and Ninja V and Small rig ring. Using Meike Lenses full set except the 65mm, also Zhiyun Crane 2s and 3s this will help my back so much, again thanks.

Thank you for the great video. What did you use to clamp the quick release to the camera handle? Looks like a circle screw or whatever its called. Do you have any advice for what to use for that piece? I have a smallrig top handle for my a7s3 cage

Thanks for the video mate. Would you appear to know where I could get a cable system for my Ready Rig? I've seen once someone using it with only one arm for handheld type shots? Or I guess I could just get the Kong Express frog and any strong cable from bunnings.
@AndrewMurphyFilms2 жыл бұрын
The Kong Express frogs would work, it just depends on how you would go about connecting it to the ready rig i guess. I'm not exactly sure how the original connectors attach the a ready rig so can't offer to much advice for this sorry.

@@AndrewMurphyFilms no worries, ordered a kong express and will go from there. I'm sure I can find some kind of length adjustable cable to hook in between. Basically only needs a loop on each side

Just received mine, as well as the kong express. Keen to use it on shoots. With the eye hook on the top handle, where did you get that from? I’m from Australia btw. Cheers

A local hardware store. It was actually the hardest part to get because most doing do a 3/8" thread that can fit camera accessories.

Do you ever have an issue with squeaking sound from that gorilla clamp against the holder ring when filming and moving it around? I do. Any tips on how to solve it?
@AndrewMurphyFilms9 ай бұрын
I usually don't. Maybe try put some rubber around the ring to quiten it down
