The MM Hunter should have open with Wailing Arrow (build up of Wind Arrows) then Rapid Fire, pop Trueshot for back to back Wailing Arrow follow with Rapid Fire again and if lucky follow with a Deathbl0w

Like people I was there we didn't ramp up for minutes to start the one shot. Most classes just did an off target ramp then did their one shot. Rogue wise, there are some fun one shots to try out people. Try them out + have some fun ( btw what I did isn't viable at all for late game arenas)

ele is still good, but the most used spec in pvp shares very little in common with that vacuum ele spec, we go ancestors and we dont do almost any lightning casting in pvp, not speaking for everyone but its a majority for sure go full lava burst

I would say realistically as mm I can burst them down within 5 seconds. And I use true shot then black arrow then explosive shot then 2 aimed shots then rapid fire into killshot. It's roughly 5 seconds even healers I'd say I drop within around 10 seconds. With true shot going it's constant 2 aim shots rapid fire 2 aimed shots rapid fire u can keep going with that

I main affli for a long time, I stopped mid-dlc in dragonflight and came back for the war within. Honnestly in pvp, (bg) I don't like the spec. 1- On the vidéo he used soul swap. meaning you NEED someone already full dot, so it's not starting from 0. 2- Most class can remove dot themselves (rogue, mage, hunter, dk, pala...) If they know aff, they wait to have all your dot, them remove then in 1 click and you do --0-- dmg. litterally 0. Meaning you have to recast UA + agony + weather, and you lost rot and malevolence. (cd). 3- You need to cast... to cast first to put your dot (UA, rot). hope you not getting silence / stun, and silence = you wait... (meanwhile they rape you). Then after the dot you need to cast rapture to make dmg. same issue. 4- Best healer will override your dot, even taking the silence and the dmg. why? Because damn, if you have no dot they don't care not healing = you are doing no dmg. If they hot then dispell, that's fine... So well, ofc you can do things, specially in a good team. But if not with mates, you will certainly get killed without having the time to do dmg.

The situation in this burst video is much closer to that than starting off fresh with no ramp, which would pretty much never happen in pvp and will give massive disadvantages to some classes.

In this video nobody ramped for more than 20 seconds so it's not like they were waiting for an unrealistic lucky situation. By disadvantage I mean Frost dk trying to burst with no runic power etc. I'm not saying it's a perfect simulation for arena but it's much closer than starting with 0 resources. You're clearly set in your ideas regardless of what I say though. There is a reason these videos are always done this way, you don't have to like it but maybe accept that reason exists.
