Hiring is the only way to have a business worth having. Otherwise, you just have a job. It's frankly shocking how many tax biz owners are STILL in production after decades of owning their own firm. The only way to growth and getting one's time back while making more money is to hire quality people.

Hey Logan, you and Gari seem to make a great team! That being said, what's the long-term plan for you, Gari, and the company? Would you promote/partner-up and hire a new preparer (expand the company)? Or wait until Gari moves on to his next big opportunity to hire a new employee (remain boutique)?

Hey Logan, do you have any advice for deciding between tax or audit? I know you’re in tax but I’ve heard the exit opportunities are limited so I’m curious. I personally find tax, forensic audit, and even IT assurance interesting so it’s hard to choose.

Hey Logan, new subscribers here. I'm in my last year to get my B.A. in economics. At this point, any suggestions on how I could get into accounting? Thanks for making videos.
