I love Mineral Wells S.P. It’s close to Fort Worth and they have some awesome camping spots.

Throw in one camp chair lol. For some reason I am reminded of the movie Blazing Saddles. It looks good. Good job on the video.

Ah yes, I’ve heard of adding coffee! Never done it myself, but need to try it. I’ve also heard of some folks adding some dark chocolate as well

Lord, that looks so good! And cookin' chili while you're out camping, even better.

I would definitely have to try that chili before I made any like that , looked good though

Looks good but it makes me realize why I rarely use my Dutch oven when camping... I'm not inn one place long enough to cook for 3 hrs. Will have to try this if I am in one place for a weekend and feeding more than just me.

I like to camp 2 to 4 days at each spot. Especially if there's lots to do and see in the area.

@@SteveOutdoors I'm hoping to do more of that in the coming year. Now, as to beans, I've been using both red and black beans in my chilies (slow cooker at home) The ex even tried to get me on a wholely vegetarian chili... note, "ex". I will try your variation without beans. Love the pancake mix gtrick.

How hot would you say this chilli is ? Looks absolutely freakin awesome but not sure if missus could handle it. Thanks for the vid man 👍
@SteveOutdoors Жыл бұрын
It not hot at all. When I want to make it hotter I add jalapeños.
@jackthomson73 Жыл бұрын
@@SteveOutdoorsgreat news 👍. The jalapeños sound like a great idea for me. Looks like I’ll serve out some and then add them at the end. Thanks heaps for the reply mate and hope you have a great day 👍

I was watching your episode 3 to estes Park and noticed you used 2 different trailers in your video!!
@SteveOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
Same trailer. In this video I used a 12V fridge instead of my RTIC cooler. Check out the video on it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHu8ZI2bn8qderc
