in fact its a spanish sauce called "aLioli" and is made by emulsifying garlic in olive oil. and its hard because it breaks if youre not patient. thats why even here in spain some restaurants make it with mayo and garlic, but definitely can tell the difference. great sandwich anyways, love the channel.

I generally don't buy American products as I prefer to support local producers here in Australia and often American products are full of dodgy ingredients, however, one of my fav mayonnaise is an American one, S&w Whole Egg Mayonnaise, its just Yum. Urgh, speaking of dodgy ingredients, listed from most quantity; Soybean Oil Corn Syrup, Whole Eggs (9%), Water, Canola Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, White Mustard (Distilled Vinegar) Water, Mustard Seed, Salt), Rosemary Extract, Paprika.

It is A-oli. I have had it in restaurants and that's hands down how I've heard it. Like you know how in preschool when kids are taught to say their letters and so the teacher says "make the a say its name"? That's how you say it.

Aioli is french for garlic and oil!! in spain it is ajoli and it is just mayo and garlic no salt pepper and deffinetly not lemon

uh Aïoli is made with mayo in France too, it's not garlic and oil... and you can put lemon inside as when you're making homemade mayo you put either a touch of vinegar or lemon in to cut thought the plain mayo.
