that kind of limits your options. While it DOES get rid of air support, it does limit your route options and opens the possibility of roadblocks locking you in. If you do that you might want to look for maintenance tunnels, but I'm not a civil engineer and I don't think that tunnels have maintenance exists. But what do I know?
