I just bought this same unit on Prime Day! Any idea how to increase the volume of the voice navigation in Apple Maps? For my situation, radio/music volume simultaneously increases if you turn up the volume while the maps voice is talking (like you can do in a “normal” CarPlay radio).

I have one of these rc13. Unfortunately, it’s difficult for me to connect through carplay. Always disconnected after a while and can’t reconnect. They refunded 100%, though I really hope this to work.

I’ve no problems connecting in anyway. Maybe your phone was due an update.

I tried 2 iphones with 17.4 ios versions. Both don’t work. But I managed to have the android auto works. Yes, I am pretty sure it’s iphone connectivity issue, but just not sure it’s from headunit or the iphones.

You’ve probably got it on screen mirroring and not just CarPlay. So when your phone screen times out so does the unit screen.

My problem with them is they seem very slow and not smooth to navigate trough the apps its weird why they make these so bad on cpu😂

Personally I find it super responsive. I’m not sure what products you have tried but give this one a go. 👍
