Jordan to me is not the greatest perimeter defender he did not guard the best players night night out for majority of the game Scottie Pippen did that Did not play against competition at his position that was on the level that Colby played against and Colby had to guard the best guy every night. Tracey McGrady is harder than every single player shooting guard position in time aside from Jordan. And the same goes for Vince Carter Dwyane Wade. And many others. Jordan revolutionized the shooting guard position and that is where I give him the goat title for shooting guards is because I wouldn’t have Kobe without Jordan, but there is a catch since you revolutionized the shooting guard position and showed everyone how to make the shooting guard position great or how to be the greatest from the shooting guard position. Everyone switched up their place styles and started playing like you. You can say that, but that shows the league has evolved to what you were doing. and you were your generation now the generations have caught up. As shown Kobe added to Michael Jordan‘s style. And advanced it to a new state skill wise with Michael Jordan could do athletically is something that these other guys can’t do and that is his individuality as well, but Kobe makes up for that with mental and skills and hard work. I think Scottie Pippen was a better defender than Michael Jordan. Scottie Pippen deserves to be called the perimeter defender of all time. Before Michael Jordan does any day y’all can give Michael Jordan the defensive player year cool . He won that one year stats were getting padded. And I’m sure they were getting padded throughout his entire career because he was the face of the NBA and he was making the NBA so much money. I love Jordan, but Jordan fans make it hard than LeBron fans and different Kobe fans. I’m sure.

Awesome video compilation, Jonny! While I have my own thoughts about who the GOAT is, I think there is a compelling case for each of the players you mentioned. I also agree with you about how divisive the debate has been. I appreciate the nuance in your arguments and agree that the debate is subjective. As for your question about who would win between Goku and Superman, I'm not sure. I'm more familiar with Superman and I know he has weaknesses to Kryptonite and magic. I'm not sure if Goku has weaknesses (but it's been a long time since I watched DBZ and I didn't see much of the show). I'll need to learn more (and read the DBZ manga) before saying who would win. Anyway, great compilation again, Jonny :). Have a wonderful weekend!

Probably the best video explanation of who are but not who is the greatest. Simply put the GOATS are transcendent players that could play in era. The difference is not competition…it’s food, training, equipment, money, media, society, etc. It also is solid because we should never forget the ones before us and be students of the game instead of only looking at the now and making judgements. Funny how the same things said to diminish Lebron are the same stated about Russell.

TOP 30 ALL TIME: 1. Michael Jordan - AIR. Black Cat. The greatest player and the greatest career in NBA history. Most dominant offensive force and one of the games best defenders. A literal, overpowered video game character. 6x Champ 6x FMVP 5x MVP 1x DPOY 2. Bill Russell - BILLY. Russell is the greatest winner and greatest defensive force in NBA and sports history. A legend on/off court. The key to NBA first dynasty. 11x Champ 5x FMVP 5x MVP 3. Magic Johnson - the great PG ever (so far…). REVOLUTIONIZED his position and saved the NBA. He has the highest assist avg. all time and went to the Finals 7/12 seasons between his rookie season and first retirement. Remarkable. Magical. 5x Champ 3x FMVP 3x MVP 4. LeBron James - the greatest longevity in sports history. One of the most dominant forces ever and top5 all round player. ALLTIME points leader and the only player to keep up this quality of play this late into a HOF/Mt Rushmore career. Still.. counting. 4x Champ 4x FMVP 4x MVP 5. Tim Duncan - best PF ever. One of the most fundamentally sound players ever. Played both ends at the highest level for 15 seasons. BIG Fundamental 5x Champ 3x FMVP 2x MVP 6. Kareem Abdul Jabar - owner of the most dominant go-to move on offense. The HOOK. The previous scoring leader and lead all points for 4 decades. The greatest BASKETBALL career ever. Prep to Pro. 6x Champ 2x FMVP 6x MVP 7. Kobe Bryant - see number 1 and dilute the athleticism and physical intangibles and that’s what you got. Arguably the greatest warrior in NBA history. Bean lead LA to 7 titles in his 20 year career and took 5. A gladiator, general, philosopher and true sage of the game … forever missed. 24everMamba. 5x Champ 2x FMVP 1x MVP 8. Shaquille O’Neal - the most dominant ever. The immovable object/unstoppable force. Shaq was the definition of dominance. Should’ve been the goat. Nobody was in better position to take the crown of GOAT from MJ since Shaq in 04’. Yes. NOT Kobe, NOT LBJ. DIESEL. 4x Champ 3x FMVP 1x MVP 9. Larry Bird - maybe the most legendary on the list. Precursor to Jokic but better. One of the most skilled & clutch players ever. In any sport. LARRY LEGEND. 3x Champ 2x FMVP 3x MVP 10. Hakeem Olajuwon - back to back. The best of the mid90’s and second best player in the era. Hakeem is like Russell but with AllNBA offensive ability. 2x Champ 2x FMVP 1x MVP 2x DPOY 11. Wilt Chamberlain - the games most prolific scorers. Arguably it’s greatest defender as well. The man could do it all. Even lead the league in assist at 7”2. Wilt IS unparalleled. GOAT athlete. 2x Champ 2x FMVP 4x MVP 12. Steph Curry - the games most prolific shooter and one of its greatest scorers. The only unanimous MVP and the first ever. The catalyst for the current style of NBA basketball. REVOLUTIONIZED the game forever. STILL GOING. Splash Bro. 4x Champ 1x FMVP 2x MVP 13. Isaiah Thomas - ZEKE. CP3 before CP3 but nastier and meaner. A warrior and one of the games greatest strategist and generals. Quietly a top5 passer. 2x Champ 2x FMVP 14. Oscar Robertson - the greatest all around basketball player ever. Could do everything at a AllNBA level. Changed the way players were interpreted and influenced generations. 1x Champ 2x MVP 15. Kevin Durant - the Slim Reaper is likely the most ideal offensive weapon ever. Can hit from anywhere, anytime over anyone. Hard to beat and impossible to match that level of offensive dominance. 2x Champ 2x FMVP 1x MVP 16. Julius Erving - The good Dr., the FIRST MJ (before Magic & Jordan), The icon and face of BOTH leagues that saved the game in the 70’s. Kareem was the best but Doc was a close 2nd. Underrated statistical brilliance. Was like a 6’7-6’8 Giannis but with a better jump shot. 3x Champ (1 NBA) 2x FMVP 4x MVP (1 NBA) 17.. Moses Malone - CHAIRMAN OF DA BOARDS. Arguably the best board getter… ever. Only Wilt, Russell, Rodman and Thurmond belong in the same discussion. Moses lead his people to the promise land more than once but was able to claim immortality in the early 80’s. His team lead by the dynamic duo of he and Doc dominated the league. Before Lakers v. Celtics it was 76ers v. Celtics-Lakers. 1x Champ 1x FMVP 3xMVP 18. John Havlicek - the GREAT one. MJ is 6-0. Ole Johnny is 8-0. The offensive force off the bench or starting that lead the dynastic Celtics to all 8. Early in his career he was akin to Jordan Poole role on Warriors 22’ team but better at everything but the 3 ball. Then in the late 60’s-70’s he sat in captains seat. His career is a unique mix. Played like Pippen with elite perimeter shooting/scoring, early career was early Kobe-esque, late career MJ/Kobe-esque. John’s game rose in the playoffs. 8x Champ 1x FMVP (likely 4x) 19. Giannis Antetokounmpo - it’s getting freaky… GreekMan is literally on the ride to potentially threatening Tim’s best PF title. If he can add a couple more rings to his already HOF profile he will likely be the new PF or TOP 5 player. Yea. THAT GOOD. 1x Champ 1x FMVP 2x MVP 1x DPOY 20. Jerry West - The LOGO. Steph Curry before Steph. The man that built the LA franchise along Baylor post Mikan era. Jerry West was the blueprint skill base for players like Kobe, MJ, TMac, etc At 6’2-6’3 he torched his opponents his entire career and dropped plenty of dimes. The ORIGINAL combo guard. So damn great he LOST and still won FMVP… case closed. 1x Champ 1x FMVP 21. Nikola Jokic - the Joker is no damn joke. Genuinely a candidate for potential GOAT if his career pans out in the extreme positive like that of the top 10. Jokic is in a unique place being the greatest passing big statically NBA history (excluding Magic). If Jokic finds a way to fit more jewelry in his fingers, we might have to have a real discussion about that greatest Center of all time discussion. Yes. Potentially a top 5 player alert. 1x MVP 1x FMVP 3x MVP (should’ve been 3 consecutive but you know 22. Rick Barry - The ACTUAL “White Mamba”. Just predated the black one… Barry was the answer up until 85’ when you asked who the best SF ever. His game was similar to West but 6’7 and a better FT%. Controversial, cerebral and iconic. Had so much game he had to share what was left with his sons… 1x Champ 1x FMVP 23. Kevin Garnett - The Big Ticket. The 00’ Giannis. In every way but he had a better jumper midrange and beyond. KG was a monstrosity on OFF/DEF in his prime much like his modern comparison. Led the TWolves to relevance and led the 08’ Celtics to a chip. Truly the BIG TICKET. 1x Champ 1x FMVP 1x MVP 24. Dirk Nowitzki - DIGGLER. The one and only. The German Bird. THE Maverick. Dirk is one of the most beloved, iconic and acclaimed players ever. The 00’s stretch big supreme. Dirk was able to take the Mavs to immortality over 11’ Heat in arguably the most surprising run ever. Only Dirk. Forever the DIGGLER. Arguably, the GOAT Euro player. 1x Champ 1x FMVP 1x MVP 25. Bob Pettit - Big Blue was the first stretch 4 in the games history. That’s for starters. Pettit was a tenacious rebounder and highly skilled scorer. He was much akin to K. Love of his era but in better shape and played defense. Think a smaller Dirk who grabbed boards like Love but in the 50’s-60’s era. Not only that, much like Dirk, Pettit lead a historic upset over Russell’s Celtics. A true champ. 1x Champ 1x FMVP 2x MVP 26. Dwayne Wade - The Flash. Wade County. The greatest Heat in NBA history. Wade is arguably the best defensive player at his position and easily too3 (MJ, Kobe). Led the Heat to a title in 06’ in historic fashion against Dirks Mavs. Then winning a couple more as LBJ’s Pippen. His career was like Kobe’s… in reverse. Wade’s early injuries reduced his maximum career output but yet here he is… says a ton. 3x Champ 1x FMVP 27. Elgin Baylor - The PROTOTYPE. Before West, Julius, Thompson, Wilkins, MJ, Hardaway, Kobe, Carter, TMac, Wade, Ant etc There was Elgin Baylor. The first Air, the first Mamba, the first Half Man/Amazing, Flash etc Baylor spearheaded an era that hardly wanted his talents there but had no other choice but to be in awe of it. Think Harden, in shape but not as good of a playmaker, twice the rebounder and a better defender. That’s Elgin. *left a season before historic LAL title win 28. David Robinson - The Admiral. The USA’s biggest weapon in the 90’s was also one of the greatest ever. Made the spurs relevant pre-Duncan and post. Has some of the greatest seasons statistically. Think Giannis but 7’2 with a lefty and 15 footer plus an even better defender. 2x Champ 1x MVP 29. Karl Malone - the Mailman. Karl was LBJ minus the handles and vision. King of the pick n roll. 1x MVP 30. Kawhi Leonard - “THE KLAWWW” See numbers 1 & 7 but less athletic and more efficient than #7. However Kawhi is far less durable than Kobe or Mike. Who were essentially ironmen. A comparable defender to both players. Despite that fact, Kawhi has beaten LBJ in the finals and the Warriors dynasty. The only player who can say that… Ever. 2x Champ 2x FMVP 1x DPOY 30. (?) Charles Barkley - The Round Mound of Rebound was the Tasmanian devil in a basketball jersey. Prime 25 5 13 guy. Impact everywhere he went. OG DREAMTEAM member by the way… 1x MVP 30 (?) Clyde Drexler - The Glide. One of the most useful all around talents in nba history. One of the greatest two way players ever. Helped every squad he went to become a contender. 1x Champ * HONORABLE MENTION: McHale, Nash, Harden, Parker, CP3, Stockton, Walton, Payton, Westbrook, Drexler, Ewing, Sam Jones, Cousy, Pierce, Iverson, McAdoo, Frazier, Unsled, Reed, Webber, English, A. Davis ^GIVE HONEST FEEDBACK CRITIQUE ATTEMPTING A PERFECT TOP30 list

@@andrewcook1246 because Wilt took 40 shots per night to get those 50 points. MJ shot 40 or more times in a game SEVEN TIMES IN HIS ENTIRE CAREER. Wilt was a regular season stud but a post season dud, averaged 30 bullying bottom feeders in the regular season then fell off a cliff in the playoffs averaging just 22ppg and then again in the Finals fell off another cliff averaging just 18ppg. That is the complete opposite to MJ who also averaged 30ppg in the regular season but then increased that average to 33ppg in the playoffs then upped that average yet again in the Finals. THAT is greatness and Wilt doesn't get anywhere near that. Btw, Wilt might famously own the most regular season NBA records than anyone else but Jordan, less famously, owns the most playoff records than anyone else. If you ask any coach who they would prefer, a regular season stud who fails to sustain that excellence in post season or a regular season stud who performs even better in the post season and they will ALL say the latter. Literally nobody would take the guy who doesn't bring it in the playoffs. As for Bill...well he had a massively stacked team and was a below average offensive threat. Many of his championship seasons he would not have won Finals MVP as one of his teammates deserved it more. Russell has a better case than Wilt though but none of them deserve the crown over Jordan.

@@inefekt Wow you must hate basketball and completely ignored the Wilt section lol. Jordan lead the league in attempts and misses for all his scoring titles too, so guess he was a shot chucker too. But unlike Wilt he wasn't leading the league in fg% while doing so on top of rebs, blocks, doubles doubles, triple doubles and quad doubles. Wilt played in the first or 2nd most stacked era for Centers. His scoring avg dipped because he was specifically told to stop scoring by his coach. Even after not scoring for years he still avg the same ppg as Jordan for a career. You make up excuses for Jordan losing to Detroit and Bird but think Wilt with a bad team was gonna beat a team 8hof deep? XD. Jordans Finals teams usually avg 2x the hof the opponent had btw. Oh and lets not get it twisted. THE LEAGUE CHANGED 6 RULES TO STOP WILT. THEY CHANGED THE RULES SO MIKE COULD DOMINATE! Lol you shit on Wilt and in the same breath acknowledge Bill was on a stacked team. Listen here younging the guy who they named the fmvp award wasn't gonna win a lot of fmvp? Thats your argument? Of all awards were handed Bill is sitting AT LEAST on 5-9fmvp and 5-7 dpoty. That brings hos resume to 11 rings, 7fmvp, 5mvp and 5+ dpoty. Mike can't compete with that. @@inefekt I said in terms of the NBA jordan is the GOAT...but Kareem's high school team was the greatest of the century, for high school and his years at UCLA have never been matched not even close by anyone... So although you make a perfectly good point, in terms of Olympic teams Kareem apart from 68...he was pro so he couldn't play but he could and would have won in 72, 76, 80 and 84 easily maybe even in 88... Finally Jordan wasn't even the best player when his college team won, that was James Worthy...

Also its kinda unfair to compare them when they play different positions with different responsibilities. Bigmen will have more rebounds, and blocks while guards will have more assists, and points(on avg).

Jordan is the Goat: But I have Goats in every Era. I do have a Question even though Bill Russel is 1 of the 2 Goat of the 60's beside Wilt/ did the 8 expansion teams make it easier for the Celtics to win their championships/ Just curious on what you think. In the Goat Debate: I Do believe that there are Goats of every Era in Basketball/ But on the other hand I believe that there can be a Goat of Goats. But I have been going about it all wrong: Because now, when I think of the Greatest of (All-Time) I realized that every player in NBA history should be considered for this #1 Most Prestige Status: And the evaluations or criterions should be fair to every player in NBA History because every player has a ranking. When it comes to Stats & Awards & Position: Because Rebounds, Steals, Blocks, Advance Stats, 3pt% and Many awards that just did not exist way back to when the NBA Began in 1949 & embraced the History & Stats back to 1946-47 season and for every player whole career. I began to think What can I used to be fair to even Joe Fulks: Just wanted to Share: what I came up with: This is the Criteria that I now use to be Fair & to give every player in NBA history a Shot at this #1 Most Prestige Award: Regard to the: Regular Season/ Play-Offs/ Finals #1. Totals: Points #2 Averages: Points #3. 2pt% (it is nothing more than the FG% without the 3pt% because 3pt% was not available in every player Era. #4. FT% #5. Assist: Score #6. Clutch Shots Buzzer Beater only. Because these shots are dated & recorded in 1946 which John Barr was the 1st player who got a BB in 1946, #7. Player with the Most: 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 pt games. #8 Player that Achieved: 1th, 5th,10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th pts in less time. #9. TS% #10. Awards: All NBA Teams/ Scoring Titles/ Assist Titles/ 75th NBA Anniversary: and every player that was selected from every Era all the way back to 1946 in NBA history/ every player also had 1 shot to make it on that list. #12. Lead the league in their (own) Era in Most of the Statistical Categories. And players who played 80+ games the most. #13. The Eye Test #14. Shooting skills/ Shot Creation/ offensive Versatility/ Basketball I.Q/ Footwork which is all subjective. No championship because that is a team accomplishment However:1 thing to Note: if a fan wants to compare any 2 players or a few players the same rule will apply make it fair & even: So, if certain Stats & Awards did not exist in certain player era you cannot use it & if it is not the exact same award you cannot use it, if the Stat & Award was not available for every player you are comparing for their whole career you cannot use it. The Criteria will change if a fan uses specific players/ it depends on the Era they both come from/ and that determines what you can use & not use. The Last step when comparing any player to another player make their years even.

I agree with you about "George Mikan" (and that's why I came up with a Criteria that make it fair for every player in NBA History)/ And I realize that I have been comparing all of them the wrong way/ My Criteria now give every player a fair shot at this #1 Most Prestige Status of All-Time. You can't talk about MJ without the "Left Hand" allegations. Kareem has the "saved by Magic" arguement. Kobe wasn't efficient enough. @TinyCat101520 күн бұрын
Bill russel: John Havelick (16 years), Bob Cousy (7 years), Sam Jones (12 years), Tom heinsohn (9 year maybe). Coaches: Red Auerbach (9 years i think) Wilt: jerry West ( 4 years), Hal Greer (9 years), Elgin (3 years possibly), Nate thurmond (2 years i think), billy cunningham (i dunno), Paul arazin (I dunno), Chet walker (4 years), Gail goodrich ( like 4 or 5 years). Coaches: Alex hannum and Bill sharman. Kobe: Shaq (8 years), Pau gasol ( 7 years), Eddie jones (3 years), Carson butler (one year). Coaches: the goat phil jackson for 12 years. Lebron: Wade (4 years), Bosh (4 years), Kyrie (4 years), Love (4 years), AD ( 4+ years). Coaches: Spo for (4 years) Tim Duncan: David Robinson (6 years), Manu (14 years), tony P (15 years), Kawhi (5 years), Bruce bowen (8 years). Coach: Popp arguably the goat MJ: Scottie (10 years), Rodman (3 years), Horace Grant (6 years). Coach: Phil jackson. Kareem: Magic (10 years), Oscar robertson (4 years), Bob Mcadoo (4 years), Jamaal Wilkes (8 years), James Worthy (12 years) Michael Cooper (12 years). Byron scott (10 years). Coaches: Pat riley Larry Bird: Kevin Mchale (12 years), Robert Parish (14 years), Dennis Johnson (7 years), Danny Ainge (8 years), Cedric Maxwell (6 years). Coaches: KC Jones ( 5 years). Magic: Kareem (10 years), james worthy (12 years), Michael Cooper (12 years), Byron Scott (10 years) Now obviously I missed some players on this list let me know who I forgot, but also Wilt and Bill's are probably messed up because they played in the 60's and data is hard to find. I'd say Kareem, Bird, or Wilt had the most help and MJ and Kobe had the least amount.

@@TinyCat1015 stop being delusional....a superteam is generally regarded as three All Star/All NBA quality players playing together in their primes or two out and out superstars (Kobe + Shaq). Miami of course were a superteam....Cavs were also a superteam, like it or not. You will probalby try to talk down Kevin Love as some kind of scrub, just like Bron stans do with all his teammates (which is sadly pathetic btw) but that dude was a monster in Minny, averaging 26/12 the season prior to joining LeBron as well as being a 3x all star and 2x all nba. All NBA 2nd team pretty much means you are a top ten player. It's not his fault he got relegated to being a spot up shooter standing in the corner as well as being a victim of multiple passive aggressive Lebron tweets. And we haven't even talked about multiple all star Kyrie Irving who was on the cusp of superstardom when joining Lebron. If you don't think that's a superteam you need to follow a different sport because you obviously no nothing about this one. Then teaming up with AD, one of the most dominant big men of the past 20 years, as well has having former multiple all nba and all star players like Dwight, Westbrook, Rondo & Carmelo and that pretty easily qualifies as a superteam. Rodman was almost out of the league, past his prime and a laughing stock who nobody wanted when he joined MJ but that doesn't stop people using him to qualify the Bulls as a superteam....so we can use those guys LeBron played with too.
@TinyCat101519 күн бұрын
@@inefekt Cleveland was not a super team lmao, you can talk about what kevin love did before all you want but with lebron he averaged 17, 10, and 2. That would be like saying the Nuggets are a super team with Jokic, MPJ, and Jamal murray. Keyword former OUT OF THEIR PRIME superstars, no way you can look me dead in the eyes and say Rondo, Melo, Dwight, and Russ were a superteam. Maybe in 2010 that would have been a great team. You genuinely don't think the Bulls were a superteam? A team that won 72 games with the best rebounder of all time, arguably the greatest player of all time, one of the greatest defenders and sidekicks of all time? Rodman was also one of the best defenders of all time. Just stop it, Lebron has played for one super team in Miami for 4 years, Cleveland was a fringe superteam, and LA absolutely wasn't a superteam.

@@inefekt Check his stats from the 1967 postseason, especially the series against the Celtics. That was the only year of the 60’s that the Celtics didn’t win the championship. Boston was stacked top to bottom with hall of fame players and coaches for the entire decade, and arguably had the greatest coach of all time. I was born in 2001 so definitely not biased towards older players, I just do my research. The Nets offered 50 year old Wilt a contract to play for them. Shaq could barely run baseline to baseline in his final years in the league
@inefekt19 күн бұрын
@@smittywerbenjagermanjensen320 Wilt's Sixers were also chock full of HOF players, with five including himself and then another two All Star/All NBA quality players on top of that. Rebounding stats from those days need to be taken with a very healthy dose of salt. When you have multiple players having 20+ rebound seasons you need to ask yourself why, considering it hasn't been done once in decades. The answer is the insane pace they played at coupled with the poor efficiency that led to a lot more missed shots than you get today. The opportunities for rebounds was crazy high and that's why it wasn't only Wilt who had high numbers but a bunch of other players too. Bill Russell has almost identical career rebounding numbers as Wilt. So his crazy rebounds aren't really that impressive, just a reflection of the era. His 21ppg and 9apg should also be looked at in context and adjusted to the very high pace of the era and those adjusted numbers would be around 17/7 at a modern pace of 100. You say you've researched that era but it doesn't really sound like you have or you simply do not look at the era in the context it should be looked at...just taking everything at face value instead.
@smittywerbenjagermanjensen32019 күн бұрын
@@inefekt On the surface that’s a valid argument, but redundant as Wilt would have led the league in rebounds regardless of pace. I’d say the inefficiency was at least partly due to the fact that defenders could crowd the paint. The NBA’s rules were not the same as today, dribbling was restrictive which encouraged players to pass the ball more. That resulted in a faster game. Pistol Pete dribbled a lot which was unusual at the time and somewhat controversial. That helped pave the way for future generations of guards. I think the fast pace makes Wilt’s minutes per game averages even more impressive, and he did it wearing Chuck Taylor’s. He continued to play heavy minutes even after knee surgery in 1970. Another big reason why pace decreased was the implementation of the three point line in the ‘79-‘80 season
@smittywerbenjagermanjensen32019 күн бұрын
@@inefekt Also, the Celtics without Russell would have been better than any Wilt team without Wilt. In Russell’s first game, the four starters he played with were all hall of famers, most notably Bob Cousy. The season after he retired, the Celtics still had 5 hall of fame players on the roster. The season after that, they drafted Dave Cowens. They won two more championships before Bird was drafted in 1978.

Tell me how winning for multiple fanbases over multiple years with different teams coaches and systems is not more important to the game of basketball than what Jordan did? That's what makes him the goat. It's a quality over quantity argument for me. Also pls stop disrespecting other great teams and players because you hate lbj. The Knicks with Jon starks and Ewing cant compete with the big three Celtics. The warriors with kd did win 70 plus games. The team b4 that was ridiculous too lol. Now all of a sudden the jazz would beat them? How? What rules we using? Whis guarding who and who is more of a superstar or unstoppable force? We really gonna act like Stephen and klay aren't goats of shooting? Man it's messed up how ppl diss these guys when they are so great. Screw the 90s apologists.

I think it’s hard for people to accept that Lebron and Jordan both have a legitimate claim for the number 1 spot. Nobody dominated the sport like Jordan and nobody displays talent and efficiency like Lebron. Both of them have earned their right to be called the greatest

For real, no reason for it to be so rough all the time. Let's just appreciate greatness and in my opinion they are the two greatest players of all time

Meh, people don't like it because Lebron has basically took a shortcut (cheated) on his way to the top. I can assure you, if Bron didn't constantly meddle in team building/player stealing his resume wouldn't be what it is.

@@strmshadow8411 there is no cheating in basketball lmao

@@TinyCat1015 I mean that's factually untrue. If someone is constantly getting with carrying/travelling while playing, you wouldn't consider that cheating? And that's just for example for non pro games. If you want to say say teaming up with your comp as not cheating, by all means. Either way you put it, he took a shortcut to greatness, he cheated the game. However you want to say it 🤷🏿♂️.

@@strmshadow8411 No I wouldn’t consider it cheating, I’d consider it bad refereeing. And second, he left because Cleveland refused to give him any help. He brought them to the finals with Mo Williams, while Jordan didn’t have a winning season until Pippen came. Those are not the same. Either way he came back to Cleveland and won, just because he went to four different teams doesn’t mean he takes short cuts, dude won the hardest finals of all time in 2016

multiple people cant be the greatest of all time in the same sport. GREATEST of all time means the best ONE. not the best group. journalists takes are trash
