With the pace and play of the current game and not just superstars but also rising stars like Paolo scoring insane numbers that haven’t been seen yet beating out previous records (e.g on nba on tnt Paolo scoring 76 in first 3 playoff games in ORL history compared to shaq’s 62) are we able to use stats as a reliable measure when looking into someone’s greatness or with the stats being pumped up compared to previous players what can we look at to measure a players greatness

Let's decide it. If it would be 3 Rodman-Shaq, they you all would go with Pippen as 3, not Jordan.

I think there’s some room for surprise in this hypothetical. Only a few teams don’t have any chance at all. Though the contenders are also pretty apparent (Lakers, Warriors, Celtics, 76ers, etc.) I wouldn’t count out a team like the Bulls or the Jazz though

Jonny, i'm your fan from Indonesia. My Q is If LA Clippers did not bottled the 2014-15 conference semifinal, would they likely defeated Golden State Warriors in the conf. final? If so, would they eventually won the championship against Cavs? Why do you think Isiah Thomas is greater than D-Wade? how do you think Elgin Baylor is greater thn Kevin Durant? How do you valued international achievement in ranking some player greatness? E.g: Dominique Willkins, Manu Ginobili and Luka Doncic that have very good career in Euro League, and Kevin Durant that probably has the greatest us national team career, clearly outshined Stephen Curry? I think you should put him in top 15 because of that. I hope one of my question is goal, but hope for all 4 is not to much 😂 Maybe 2 in your versus video.
