1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
A little bit of salt and pepper
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tbsp soy sauce
Green onions (optional)

1.6 lbs chicken gizzards
Salt and pepper + 3/4 tsp garlic powder + 3/4 tsp paprika
1.5 lbs chicken liver
Salt and pepper + 3/4 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp paprika
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 green chili pepper, sliced
7 cloves garlic
1 medium onion + small onions
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
Maggie liquid seasoning calamansi to taste
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
