Chilaquiles are a classic Mexican dish commonly enjoyed for breakfast! Essentially, chilaquiles are chips and salsa, but BETTER! 🤣 There is also a version with a red, dry chili based sauce! Top them with crumbly cheese, sour cream or a fried egg and enjoy!

probably only salt. putting “salt and pepper” is not that common in Mexico. edit: she added knorr chicken powder 2:58, that’s probably our “salt and pepper” 😂

I think that’s the best advice; leaving the amount of something to your taste. You might follow a recipe but don’t like it. If you understand what works for you (and your household) than you can make these recipes your own.

En México primero fries y sazonas la salsa y finalmente agregas las totillas, el objetivo de freirlas es que cuando finalmente los agregues a la salsa no se desbaraten por completo, algo que sucederá inevitablemente si las pones a hervir en un liquido.. 1) fries la salsa y apagas, 2)agregas tortillas, 3)rodajas finas de cebolla y queso fresco 4)tapas por un momento para que el calor remanente funda un poco el queso
