海肠超级好吃的，下次建议吃葱爆海肠、烤海肠、海肠水饺，光想到就流口水，元旦回国要好好大吃一顿。黄花鱼主要分布在中国的黄海、东海、南海和渤海海域，国外几乎吃不到。香煎黄花鱼又香又鲜非常好吃，焖黄花鱼也不错。下次还可以尝尝茴香饺子，那叫一个香😋

第一次看小马的视频，被小马圈粉了。作为定居在英国的青岛人，小马对青岛菜的认识比我这个本地人都地道。非常优秀有才华的小伙子，太赞了！非常怀念家乡的味道，下次也回去吃前海沿。希望我的两个女儿也像小马学习，说一口流利的中文。（小马可以做我女婿吗😂）

中国人喝热水也就几十年前养成的习惯，不是中医早有的观念，是几十年前中国农村极度缺少医生，于是印刷了赤脚医生手册大力推广，那时传染病寄生虫之类各种病很多，所以就大力宣传水要烧开后再喝，以减少寄生虫传播类疾病，慢慢就养成了喝热水习惯。

觉得现在有些人把中国人喝温水单纯理解只喝热水，其实本意是烧开过的水达到一定饮用标准而已。我曾经就把老外弄懵过：他们水龙头的水对嘴喝，说冰凉爽口，我接了一壶水烧开放冰箱🤣🤣，他问我你这不是多此一举嘛。

黄花鱼是yellow croaker. squid can become very tender after marinated in kiwi juice, but chinese like it more chewy texture.

Lovely and funny lady😅 黄花鱼: 大黄鱼，生长在大陆东海和黄海南部。可以炸，红烧，或者做成松鼠鱼。因为现在很难捕捉上。物以稀为贵。所以现在都用黄婆鱼取代。以前都是海鱼便宜，现在要买也是天价。
