I think it's worth looking at the Tamron 11-20, Tamron 17-70 or SIgma 18-50, and then the FF lens, Tamron 70-180

Sir talaga 😆 that’s a great setup right there. you’re more stable than the FX30. IBIS is better in the FX30 with “Active Stabilization” especially if you’re handholding for a static shot. Perhaps I will try an vlog type video to sample it better. But for now, you’re set up is good. Keep making and sharing videos for now kapatid!

@@JohnFabsTV Yun lang haha. In public, low profile mode with FX30 is good haha. You have to be very deliberate with the gimbal. Again, depends on your needs and work arounds for stabilization.

Great review… here is my situation I already have a a7s3 that’s my main camera what I use for my talking head in “studio persay”. And I would also use it to vlog my travel vlogs. I Hate vlogging with it because of the price and weight. So then I started to look at the zv-e10 as a cheaper alternative vlog camera while leaving the a7s3 home for the talkeling heads stuff and whilst doing my research on the zve10 I’ve landed in the fx30. So my question for you is would you recommend the fx30 as a dedicated vlog camera ? How heavy is it in comparison to the a7s a7 series of cameras? Sorry for the lengthy question appreciate any and all feed back

The FX30 feels a lot like the A7SIII, although it's 50g lighter (not really that noticeable). I also had a similar concern when taking my A7SIII at all (esp since it's the most expensive camera purchase I ever had). For half the weight and price, the ZV-e10 is probably your best move. Especially since it's seems you're ok with post-production workflow if you wanted to shoot in LOG and such.
