Breakaway has problems but I do like how it creates a more interactive scenario that standard breakers. The armor break mindgames make it more interesting than just resetting to 3/4 screen.

I literally never quit! I will play someone 30 times trying to beat them. What normally happens is they talk a bunch of crap about how bad I suck and then end up admiring how I keep wanting to play another match. By the end they respect (or feel bad for) me and then try to help me and tell me what I’m doing wrong 😂. Or being like “hey bro you know that you can duck the second part of that move.” or “ you just got to work on teching your throws and you won’t be that bad“

Honestly, since NRS in MK11 gives you choices for characters and variations and skins etc, they should add your own way to play like you can choose to play MKX and older MK ways or like MK11. I think this could actually be a good or at least a decent idea.

By the MKX way, I mean like combo breakers, no refilling bar without blocking, taking damage or using special moves and comco launchers. By MK11 way is auto bar refill woth defensive and offensive, krushing blows, fatal blows and no that much combo launchers.
