Is there a way to add a variable so that I can change the text at the bottom of the email. For example "Kind regards, (my emails name) would this be possible that way I can have different names under the same domain to send emails, happy to send more screenshots of this. Hope this all makes sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I respond pretty much the same way. Any email from someone I don't know that starts with a compliment pretty much gets deleted in half a second. The only sales emails that actually ever get my attention, are the ones that actually are offering something that can solve a need that I have, and that instantly tells me what it is they do and why they're credible with no BS preamble. Just get to the point. I literally despise these kinds of sales emails that start with a compliment and then they're asking me questions. Just get to the point.
