The paper back is due to the glow in the dark ink… it keeps it from being pulled off the face of the tape by the sticky side when it’s rolled up. Some foil washi do the same to preserve the foil in the design. Unfortunately, you get less washi because the paper is so thick and weighted.

I am pretty thrilled with the Halloween box! The notebook that came with it is really awesome. I bought the October theme box too because cats & pumpkins are kind of my thing. Honestly though? I regret not getting the 'Enchanted' notebook because that one is gorgeous. I literally would have bought every single one of those halloween notebooks if they weren't so pricey. This may have been the first launch where I wanted every. single. thing.

I ended up getting the broom B5 because it was the only stamp I sort of liked. The spider web DOES look cool, but it's just not "me" however I am envious of that blue glittery sheen ❤️. I got the Halloween box too and I LOVE the satin journal cover there and the decal! I don't normally use A5 but switching to it for my next journal to see how it goes. And now I want that tarot card imagery for the items in the Halloween box to be a journal cover!!

I got the Halloween box and the October box, and the spiderweb B5 journal. I love all of it, but I have to admit, the cat paperclips in the October box were one of the things I was most looking forward to! Also the box with the magnetic closure -- I'm using mine for stickers too.

Not the biggest fan of having a sticker on the back of the notebook but I really liked the tarot-inspired box. Vicariously living through people that got this collection because shipping fees told me 'nah'
