Thanks for this. Do we do all four drills for one conditioning session? I’ve been running 300 yard sprints x 4 with 2 min rest between. But I like the variety here

The answer is yes! Lol. What a killer. Although I added short rest between the 5x5’s (like 20 seconds) and walked back that 100 yards before the 10-20-30.

Hi, Question on the 10 20 30 drill you said around 40ish seconds which is pretty easy to do. My son who is 14 did in 20ish is that what you meant? Please let me know. Great videos.

40 was to high 20 is more reasonable

You definitely could - but make sure you start light with it. Even 10lbs can drastically change mechanics and loading patterns.
