Sweet rig. Awesome crawling. I think it just might need the end points set. 10th Scale Garage will figure it out. Great video👍

Old video I know. But I just busted out my Axial Wraith Spawn 2.2 out of storage, upgraded the motor, ESC, axles, drive shaft, shocks and control arms and man. I forgot just how great this thing is.. Is will climb virtually anything. I modded the body to make it more into a truck and moved the battery to the front.

Dude I hope the tyres were awesome . I run my backs opposite to gut the best out of the rear lugs . More face value . . Check it out going up . The big lugs help . . With a truck with overdrive I run them backwards in the front and normal in the rear. Try it out . It hooks up so much more differnrly
@10thScaleGarage3 жыл бұрын
I considered doing it that way but I knew I’d get called out in the comments. Ha ha.

My friend has this wraith crazy upgraded. Probably body and a few parts are all that’s left. According to my friends though they claim the bomber with upgrades is the best axial

End point setup is absolutely required idk what radio you use. I use the same servos just the red 25kg ones very budget servo but they last a long time and you can keep a couple extra on hand

I was using the stock radio….. oops!

if its the stock axial controller you can set the endpoints! Axial has a youtube video on how to do it.

So you’d recommend this over a trx sport? I’m stuck between the two

TRX sport isn’t as capable, but definitely has a lot more aftermarket available.

The servo shouldn't have gone out. You guys weren't pushing it that hard. Unless the endpoints weren't set. Maybe something had to do with that. Or maybe it was just defective.

I have Wraith Spawn Kit new in box. I am currently buying some upgrades before building it. I know it's an old model now but it just looks so nice. I am not sure what color I should paint it though.

If you have the stock factory TTX-300 radio you can readjust/set the endpoints on the servo. kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5DNdqaGlKitlc0

At what point in Modding do you stop calling it what it was ( any Brand/Vehicle )? You Replaced Every Single Part in a Vehicle, Is it Still that Vehicle? Or do you just say it's a Kit now? Why not just Buy ALL The Aftermarket Parts for a Vehicle, even if you have to use parts meant for another Vehicle, and Build one Completely from Scratch? There's your Next Challenge. Would it be called by the Brand Name of Vehicle the parts were meant for? I built a Crawler from a Sportwerks Nitro Chaos Chassis and Drive Train, but used a ESC and Motor from Losi MiniT and Wheels/Rims from a Walfart.. Walmart Crawler and a Radio/Receiver from a Used TraxxAss Rustler.. Is it still a Sportwerks Chaos???? I also Built a Hobby Zone Firebird Commander Car... I used the Electronics from a Crashed one a person brought into the shop one day. Cut a 3" wide and 8"long piece of Styrofoam to a Kinda Sperm Shape.. Put the Motor and Prop on it to make it a Pusher, Used the Rudder Servo to make it Rear Steering, and the Landing Gear the Main Wheels.. SOB was Pretty Damn Fast and turned on a Dime. Is it Still HZ Firebird Commander? A Guy Bought it for $20. Came back Weeks later and said it was the best R/C he ever owned.
@10thScaleGarage3 жыл бұрын
Dude. You’re totally right. I have enough of the stock parts left over to build another crawler. Haha. It’s crazy.
