How did you get anyone to hire you as a vegan chef? I'm curious because I once wanted to take classes at the local CIA, but they didn't really care about either vegetarianism or veganism, and I don't care to learn to deal with dead animals, so it wasn't a good fit. Anyway, how did you find someone to hire you as a vegan chef?
