我们广东人如果喝早茶的话喜欢把早餐和中午饭合作一顿搞定了，有一点像brunch。年纪大一点更喜欢喝喝茶聊聊天所以你会看到很多人多喝茶而不怎么吃东西，年轻人一般就吃饱再说哈哈哈

广州以前早茶与午茶及下午茶是分開的，還有夜茶，以前中午係饭市，反而夜茶好多，不過家陣多數唔開夜茶啦，不過多咗D直落茶市，紐約茶市我剛到步時十點半先開，然後到三点左右走晒，而家好D，8大道有8点半開（疫情前）

Ooooh I missed those Dim sum feast! Yes there were 2 main style of serving you dim sum, one is they push a cart around, you stop them and they show you the various dim sum they have, and they mark it on your card. The other style is you have to walk to several main tables and they have all the dim sums on the table! Yes the old lady was speaking Cantonese, but she's friendly!

广东不但有早茶的文化，街边的宵夜(北方叫夜宵)文化更多姿多彩。到了中山一定要吃一下鸽子。广东是吃货文化的大省会吃讲究吃。不时不吃(不是时节最好的材料不吃)，民以食为天这两句话在广东就能找到深刻体会(中山的鸽子顺德的鱼)

There are many brands of Chinese tea in China. The best one is Wu Yi tea leaves (武夷茶). Mostly in Fujian, Hokkien province.

广东人喝茶是老人打发时间的地方,也是朋友聚会聊天,生意人谈生意的地方. 好处就是从早到晚都一直供应吃的,不会打烊,所以可以聊得比较充分. 通常一直到下午2-3点, 然后5-6点开始供应晚饭,有的会连宵夜一起开. 而有些酒店会开下午茶, 基本上就全天供应了. 一般喝早茶的茶叶都是比较一般的, 也可以自备茶叶,或者好一点的店可以选好的茶叶. 总之,广东人喝茶比喝酒多,不是商务场合一般都喝茶.当然也有朋友喝酒的,但那多半是有点酒瘾的.要么就是吃宵夜的时候喝啤酒.

瑞丽到广东中山啦！真开心。 我是个出生在哈尔滨成长在广东（广州）现在生活在意大利人四面邻居家的中国人，可以说我从小就大江南北到处跑，没想到如今跑到了地球南方悉尼。 中山是个好地方，也是我们国父孙中山的故乡，那有许多出名的美食，中山的甜品🍰十分出名（沙弯）还有中山的饼。 告诉个广东人的小秘密给你，广东人饮茶，一吃就半天，而且还是许多肉食为主，为什么广东人不胖呢？ 因为广东人以饮普洱，铁观音等茶为主，这些品种的茶是很好的脂肪饮料，广东人除了茶楼上喝茶，几乎所有时间都在喝，除了睡觉😴，所以广东人很难找到胖子，当然年青一代发胖的多些。

It's weird because growing up, every Chinese person I met outside of China spoke Cantonese (Hong Kong, Vietnam, US, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.) but now everyone is speaking Mandarin. I love my Guangdong/Cantonese culture! Our food is bomb!!! Dim Sum is OUR food! FYI! Cantonese drink tea with EVERY meal. You don't have to ask in Gunagzhou. The Northern parts of China do not drink tea with every meal and you have to ask. Cantonese soup is very well known also

在广东喝早茶一般其实就是为了吃东西茶楼提供的茶是为了去腻味没什么特别，如果你喝早茶不是为了吃东西而是为了品茶可以自己带好的茶叶过去泡然后再点东西吃这才是品茶。（喝茶要吃东西那是因为茶能去脂，空腹喝茶会伤胃）

来中山不吃乳鸽啊损失~~下次来广东来佛山吧，禅城岭南新天地，顺德各种好吃的行一行，欢迎欢迎！！你们真的应该全面体验一下广东饮食文化一条龙，早茶，午饭，下午茶，晚饭，晚上吃个宵夜。可能地方不一样，佛山这边我们早茶一般不吃到中午，很多地方十一点十二点就收市了。早茶就是家人朋友街坊老友聚会，简单吃一吃，那个茶也是单点的，不是视频里面那种。一般早茶配红茶，比如普洱。糖水铺和老火靓汤，凉茶都没体验呢~~来佛山禅城吧！！

我家老爷子在老家过着退休日子，69岁拿着4500元左右养老金，一栋7层楼房城中村收租，天天骑着电动车去效外果园养蜂蜜打发时间，无聊和左邻右居喝茶聊天，我挺羡慕父亲的生活节奏，但是我要去拼搏生活，一代人有一代人责任。

国内有这么多房子出租不知交税不？我的日本房东70岁了，他也拥有七层楼房包括一楼的几间铺面，觉得应该很富有。其实不然，他自己还在做送货的工作，整个楼的公共卫生也是他自己打扫，日本的税太高，房产税还有房屋出租的所得税，然后日本规定楼房十年必须大修一次，外墙要重新弄干净得像新建，楼房还只有五十年的寿命，所以他必须得准备钱来应付这些支出

不要看这些老人他们穿得随随便便的，普通话也说不好，茶楼的环境也一般，但其实他们生活都很富足的。只是广东人对于外在的东西都不在意，甚至故意去“奢侈化”，他们觉得“食包装，食环境”是不实惠的，这就是广东文化。
