On his more social cooking vids he’s pretty laid back but the shows he was erratic for entertainment and expectation purposes. And ESPECIALLY the mfs that lacked common sense or did some dumb shii and he feel u not taking it serious 🤣

Gordon is such an amazing chef and I love watching him cook. My only gripe with these cooking segments is he never really mentions measures. Now I know he is so skilled he just goes by feel and taste. But some sense of proportions for us amateur admirers would help. Could you at least give us some sense? i.e. roughly a cup of this, or a gram of that? Any rate, love from Australia and isn't he awesome with the kids?

I went out last night and had BEEF WELLINGTON with garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables and a lobster bisque. First time having Beef Wellington. I ordered it Medium Rare but I think they cooked it rare. It was delicious. Cost me $70 altogether. I may order it again if I ever attend another steakhouse. Thanks for the tips Gordon. Next I'll try Risotto.
