Sounds like the Fringe Mammoth Belt Squat could be available with side mounted horns by Black Friday? I'm considering hold off to purchase.

Awesome! I don’t have the ability to confirm or deny that timeline, but if it’s accurate I’m stoked!

I watched the same Coop video and also made my own with an off-the-shelf pulley, twisted nylon rope and two conical plastic handles. The working weight limit for the pulley is 720 lb, and the nylon rope is 280 lb, way more than I really need. I chose a pulley that can also freely twist left and right. The whole mechanism is quite smooth and really comfortable to grip. The conical grips means there is more friction to your hands so you don't need to grip the ends as hard. Surprisingly I really like the addition of the pulley. My other triceps pulldown rope has a standard stationary center clip and is nowhere near as comfortable to use. I brought my new triceps rope to the gym, had a couple of other people try it, and the reaction was quite positive. I'm glad I made one.

Rubber coated nunchuck grips are pretty sweet (budget friendly too). I’ve got them designated with some custom chain lengths for various triceps movements

Can those small diameter pulleys be used as top/main pulley? Or they’re too small?
@KaizenDIYGym19 сағат бұрын
They work great with rope. Not so great with cables. That’s the case regardless of the placement of the pulley.

Kaizen you're the man! I watched that Coop attachment video last week, and I've been bummed that the Spiral Strength handles are sold out. Now we have a solution - just ordered my parts! Niiice job, o7

Since following your channel I've bought a mammoth squat to use for my pulley system, made this cable attachment, and own more dyneema rope and pulleys than I ever thought I would.

You always have really good content but man, this 2010s KZbin style of editing is rough to watch. We don’t need explosion graphics, boing sound effects, or laugh tracks. Just be you!
@KaizenDIYGym7 күн бұрын
Sorry man, I no longer have the time to edit my own videos so I farm it out. For the record, I included sound effects - dings, laugh tracks, etc - even when I was editing my own stuff. The explosion is new though, and epic as shit!

I like it. I especially like it compared to most modern AI garbage, totally agree with the chap who said that. I watch most things at 1.5x speed, maybe you would enjoy it more like that?
