After years of bodybuilding you understand that taking very heavy does not make you gain more muscle, even taking the weight with the right movement works 10 times better. I have never had a better physique since I reduced the weight of dumbbells and that I apply myself on a slow and controlled execution

the amount of people I see trying to ego lift with big weight and bad technique is astounding! you can see it from the second they pick up their weights, like "there's no way that guy can lift that" and sure enough they proceed to struggle with half reps, and piss poor tech. Leave the ego at the door guys!

I’ve been watching Jeff for the past 2 years & use his form/variation. I’m 5’5 and was 215 lbs (over weight with no neck) to 165 and lean with muscle mass & somewhat ripped lol. So Thank You Jeff!!!

for over 4 month i was thinking i have some sort of triceps tendonitis; i have seen 2 orthopedist and one physical therapist, didnt solve the problem at all. i was omega strong on push movements but lazy on pull stuff. then i start doing face pulls last week and god dayum. i think you kinda saved my life. i feel like i got my arm back. im pain free, thank you so much for that

Struggled with shoulder excercises and mind over muscle connection after having rotator cuff issues over 2 years ago. Must say this dumbell shoulder programme fantastic, especially the scoop and db high pull. Never had a burn like it before. Brilliant and given me a new lease of life and hope when it comes to my shoulders workout. Keep up the good work. Certainly changed my shoulder routine.

Great to see some new ways to work shoulders using dumbbells...the key for me is not over doing shoulders..they are really easy for me to over train...currently I have had a really sore shoulder for months that I am trying to fix..

I love seeing all these dumbbell only comments. I work out from home. Have no interest in going to a gym. I’ve got a ton of dumbbells (and willing to get more) and a bench. I want a series on dumbbell only. A lot to ask from a huge channel like this, but man it would be great. I am winging it by watching channels like this and trying to improve. But to have someone tell me how to break it into body parts and stay happy at home would be huge.

Today just happened to be my shoulder and back day and before I went to the gym I watched this video and I tried that single arm ohp and holy crap that is a work out. I've never done that variation of that before and it freaking killed my shoulders in a good way, almost couldn't finish the other shoulder work outs I had planned

Super bad ass content! For someone who has had a multitude of shoulder issues including rotater cuff surgery including including torn pec, torn bicep chipped clavicle, you bring it! It's awesome to see and recognize true professionalism in the industry! I currently get to teach at a gym and rely on content that is derived from passionate individuals like your self! AthleanX is like the equivalent to Spartan 300! And what they stood for!

(08:51-10:48). xercises such as the "face pull" mimic cable work with dumbbells to target the rear delts and rotator cuff. The "hip hugger" movement provides shoulder joint movement without excessive stress, ideal for those recovering from injuries
