After years of bodybuilding you understand that taking very heavy does not make you gain more muscle, even taking the weight with the right movement works 10 times better. I have never had a better physique since I reduced the weight of dumbbells and that I apply myself on a slow and controlled execution

the amount of people I see trying to ego lift with big weight and bad technique is astounding! you can see it from the second they pick up their weights, like "there's no way that guy can lift that" and sure enough they proceed to struggle with half reps, and piss poor tech. Leave the ego at the door guys!

for over 4 month i was thinking i have some sort of triceps tendonitis; i have seen 2 orthopedist and one physical therapist, didnt solve the problem at all. i was omega strong on push movements but lazy on pull stuff. then i start doing face pulls last week and god dayum. i think you kinda saved my life. i feel like i got my arm back. im pain free, thank you so much for that

Struggled with shoulder excercises and mind over muscle connection after having rotator cuff issues over 2 years ago. Must say this dumbell shoulder programme fantastic, especially the scoop and db high pull. Never had a burn like it before. I love seeing all these dumbbell only comments. I work out from home. Have no interest in going to a gym. I’ve got a ton of dumbbells (and willing to get more) and a bench. I want a series on dumbbell only. A lot to ask from a huge channel like this, but man it would be great. I am winging it by watching channels like this and trying to improve. But to have someone tell me how to break it into body parts and stay happy at home would be huge.
