It wasnt made clear. Obviously the realtor has something to do with it but it doesnt clarify who is in the room. Is that the realtor that killed the cat and the former tenant. What is the purpose of that? For profit?

Thank you for watching! Yes the real estate agent is the one who kills everybody. He is actually an entity or ghost that died in the house when he was a kid but I didnt include that in the film. I will be releasing a remake of the film later this year that goes more in depth on the background of the entity and how he became the evil being he is today. Im already about half way done with filming. And there is no real purpose...its just because he is getting his revenge for how he was abused in the house....and unfortunately taking it out on everyone.
