Aizawa is really one of the best characters in this series. You could say he's had the best growth of any of the teachers in his attitude, except.... he didn't grow at all. He's always been this badass, we just as viewers didn't understand him at first. We've gotten to see all of his different sides, and gotten to know him so much better. Deep down, he was always ready to lay it all on the line for his students, I think the one thing he never expected was to be doing it this way, with his finest students fighting right along with him.

I love how much higher the stakes got in each episode. Just when you thought it couldn't get worse it did. lol I agree with you wholeheartedly.The reason why season 6 is so amazing is becuase of all the seasons prior to this. We care about these characters and their relationships and their struggles so much that every episode of s6 has heavy impact.

Shigaraki's speech was so good, it's funny comparing it too the speech he gave to All Might in season 1. It's similar in some ways but now he knows what he's fighting for and has real convictions compared to then when he was basically just a manchild throwing a tantrum.

Whatever reasons they might have for comitting violent acts is not enough to justify violent acts. This was such a great episode, everything from Class A/B stepping up to become real heroes to Shigaraki turning the tables and taking everyone down one by one. Shigaraki's speech in particular is my favorite moment, he may be a psychotic killer but he's 100% right in how flawed hero society is. It's hard not to root for him sometimes.

@12:47 Should be noted that this is more anime censorship at work, here. In the manga, Shigaraki's jaw actually _broke_ when he bit Deku's arm. As powerful as the newly awakened Tomura may be, he still can't survive a fully powered OFA strike unscathed....

Tomura is that guy who believes that because sometimes doctors make mistakes, there shouldn't be hospitals and people should just rely on their immune system. He is the liberarian extremist who doesn't care about the weaks. People shouldn't rely on heroes? Easy to say when you are one of the strongest ones. How is Mr "I have a quirk that allows me to change the color of flowers" going to protect himself from predators like Toga or Moonfish? A world when the strongs are free to prey on the weaks, that's the world Shigaraki and his pals from National Quirk Association want.
