Gojo uses blue which is a negative point in space to suck in things because the negative space has to be filled in. Using blue at precise areas is how he replicates telekinesis, fly’s, and (kind of) teleports. That’s how he twisted that dudes arms and legs, just imagine a blue spinning around his arms to twist them, and a blue above gojo just far enough to keep him floating. Also red is the reversal of blue so it pushes things away and when you put the together you get imaginary mass (hollow purple). Also he can see all the stuff happening cuz of the six eyes which can recurve every little detail of basically everything.

I’m pretty sure you’re thinking of the massive blue ball when I say blue but that is a maximum output blue. All of this is explained in hidden inventory, I think episode 2 of season 2. But it is blue, you need to do your research before correcting people

This isnt really elaborated on, but just so you dont get confused in future episodes, just know that a black flash isnt somthing you can do on command, its more like a critical hit rather than an acual tecnique, so thats why yuji hitting nanamis record is so impressive, cause he basicly just got four crits in a row. And that using a black flash gives you a deeper understanding of cursed energy, meaning even only hitting one black flash in your life will make you a vastly better sorcorer, compared to someone who hasnt.
