This is truly the best fruit cake. I tasted the next morning and had the flavor of cocoa which made me think may be not. But trust me and eat ot after 2 3 days from fridge. Omg! That's just like Indian plum cake. The measurements are perfect. I think this would be my non alcohol cake from now on. Thank you!! And also, the topping is highly recommended. It makes such a difference when you bite into it.

The cake turned out perfectly beautiful. In love with your cakes color, crust and the dense texture. This recipe reminds me of a famous British baker's baking site "The Joy Of Baking". But she did not use honey and coco powder which is unique to your recipe. I will definitely recommend this recipe to my friends. In fact my cake is baking as I type this comment. During my US stay, I was so excited with the huge oven provided in apartments that I decided to explore art of baking more. And this site was a boon.
