I'm suffering from depression, anxiety,panic attack. I decided to back to my workout routine which I used to do before. First day was really exhausted,the next day I lost motivation. I pushed myself to workout. It's been 1 week. Now I'm really feel a little bit better than before ❤

Might be a good reason for me to incorporate swimming with my weightlifting especially since I don't enjoy walking in the cold. Then start walking again once it gets warmer again.

I don’t understand the 12 weeks thing. What if there’s only one way of working out that really works for you, are you supposed to just take a month break at 12 weeks & then restart the cycle? What if you don’t want to change to an entirely new way of working out every 3 months?? Can you not just do a couple different workouts throughout the week to sustain interest/motivation forever??

The best exercise for mental health is to walk outside with trees and wide view of the sky optionally with a friend and it's better in the morning. Just get your heart rate up. Go on a bike to go faster if that makes it more fun. Just 5 min a day for mental health

What if u live in one of the most polluted cities in the world
@supune11 ай бұрын
@@ThatGuy-yb8xt haha. I'm sure it's better to go for walks than to just breathe in pollution sedantarily. Best case scenario is you go walk with a mob to shut down the polution or you vote with your feet and leave a place that might kill you. Local governments that take the side of evil corporations over the lives of the residents are the worst types of crony governments. I live in what used toe be the worst air quality city in the US (LA). it's gotten better with regulations on lead and NOx and smog laws in the 1970s. It's still not ideal but there's still good tacos and Thai food and the air is at least livable

Dude Life has become so stressful man. Can't catch a breath of peace dude. Multiple panic attacks per day. Feeling of sickness in stomach due to circumstances around me. Dude I'm an average 25 year old trying to achieve something in life to feel good about myself but everyone n everything seems to go the wrong way. My parents are always fighting They are sometime toxic to me My gf cheated on me last month n slept with another guy She scammed a lot of money out of me This has been my second time getting cheated badly. I don't have many friends N the few friends who I have They live far away becoz we moved during covid pandemic. Its so depressing to go to bed alone every night Every night I wish to God pls pls don't make me wake up. I just need the sweet release of death! I started going to gym 2 months back. It helped a bit Got some newbie gains But gym impact on mental health is temporary, I can confirm. Its so depressing n cruel world out there . I will try to be alive as much as I can.
