I’m binge watching all of your KZbin content. Everyday I come home from work and tell my 19yr old son what I learned today. He loves fitness and lifts 5-6 days a week. I can’t wait to share with him about training using the exercise you hate/struggle with the most.

Assisted suicide is very valuable for people with terminal cancer and patients who suffer from chronic pain. It’s about dying with dignity vs having someone scrape you off the pavement or having family members find your body. I have a friend who utilized medically assisted death when her cancer rendered her bed ridden and dependent on others. Instead of suffering in pain for another 3 weeks she died comfortably and peacefully in her bed with all of her family and friends at her side. There is definitely a place for this.

As someone who normally runs splits, I decided to do MAPS Symmetry after having 2 under 2. Lots of newer workouts in there that I’ve never done (circus presses, drag curls, etc). And ending with the basic squats, press and rows is insane. I love it!

I have been struggling to find my "why" for the next stage of my fitness journey. You have helped me find it. I have nearly finished my weight loss journey, and needed something to help me maintain and continue building muscle. So my new goal will be learning proper pushups and pullups/chinups, and maybe stop avoiding abs. Thankyou

44:00 Apart from saving money, it saves some from what seems like endless suffering. Not that most people really care about that part, since it's easier to just call people mentally ill and force them to find "help" that rarely ever seems to exist.

About Ai doing stuff you dont want: There was that case of an ai chatbot , used by a flight company that started telling peole they could get money back or discounts etc. Of course the company didnt want to pay when the customers pressed them for it. Courts decided that you are responsible for the Ai bot and everything they say...so paying up it is.

Around minute 15 I FINALLY got the answer as to why I tore ligaments in my ankle 13 years ago. I was a modern dancer and had a special ballet master class (very different movement styles) where I danced full out but my ankle snapped. Hopefully understanding this will help prevent injuries in myself and others. Thank you!!

Great video on exercise snacks! I was wondering when you guys were going to talk about this. Like Sal mentioned, I understood this as 'trigger sessions' first. I think as of late last year the term 'exercise snacks' has been getting traction , primarily due to Dr Rhonda Patrick. There's several isolated videos of her talking about this. And I think Mike Matthews and Mike Mutzel touched on it as well.

The fit tip today is something that I have to do more of because I will see things like windmills and Turkish getups in your programs and be like I don't want to do this one but know that I need to do it so will keep plugging away at it so I can get better and build a more injury proof body with me now approaching the dreaded 4 0.

Sal, question since you bring it up, and seem to be worried about AI lying; Is AI lying worse than a human lying? Humans lie for so many different reasons, many of them for not good reason, and most of those are in order to do something very bad. I don’t think an AI lying is as bad, depending on the situation. An AI isn’t lying to lure children to be abducted, or any of that kind of crazy stuff. I get the point of misinformation, but again, that’s something humans do at an exponential rate too.
