I have been utilizing the roger charger for several months continuously, and this charger is an absolute masterpiece of electrical and mechanical engineering. when i first purchased this charger, i felt intimidated by the idea that i had complete control of the voltage, and the amps/current which charges the battery. after watching a couple of videos on youtube about how to use the roger charger, i learned how easy and natural it is, to adjust amps and volts, for the batteries i charge. i never thought the day would come that i could utilize one powerful charger, to charge all of the different voltage and current needs, batteries that i have on many different scooters that i ride. this charger is a game changer, and a dream come true. and roger is an amazing gentleman. and highly intelligent. thank you for making this video. this video help inform, and inspire me to buy my first roger charger. and now i cannot imagine utilizing any other charger, for all of my battery charging needs.

Thanks for the information, Marty. What happens if you charge at a higher rate than the manual for a wheel recommends? (My V12 HT's limit is supposedly 8 amps. If I tried to feed it more, will it charge fine, or does that risk damage or fire?) Even if I have to turn it down to 8 to be safe, this will be a nice charger to get once I start doing longer rides. (My stock 2.3 amp charger is good for now.)

This information is usually determined through community trial and error. 10-amps is a conservative maximum values (which at 134-volts equates to a very fast charging rate). Typically we've been able to charge the 134-volt Begode wheels at 12-amps.

Much more powerful, and more versatile. You can adjust the output voltage limit, and the current output limit. Not as plug and play as the stock charger, or the other fast chargers. You have to know what you are doing, or you could overcharge your batteries. One thing Marty didn't mention, is that it can take 220 volt input, so you can use an EV charging station if you can't find a normal 110 volt outlet to use. That is very helpful with a larger group ride.

This is a fast charger for "power riders" that need to charge their wheel fast while on long rides, etc. If aesthetics is important than this is probably not the right product for you. Shilling for someone selling a $120 charger for $290? Is this an accurate representation of the EUC community? EUC's aren't my thing but this is disgusting and I would be embarrassed if a community I was part of had this level of slimey money grabbing instead of just helping others out by providing them the link to this charger on Aliexpress. And no, Aliexpress is not dangerous to use or sketchy or whatever. I've made over 100 purchases on Aliexpress and in the past year they haven gotten even better on disputes. So long as you provide evidence that what you received is not what was advertised (and put it into very plain Kindergarten level English) you WILL get a refund and you will not have to return the item at your own expense...or return it all. I've probably done 10 disputes (I buy electronic stuff and some of the stuff I wouldn't buy if the dispute process was risky) and only a couple times have I had to re explain/provide more information to make the human at Aliexpress understand why the item I received does not match its listed specifications. I have NEVER lost a dispute. I've purchased accessories for a product since it arrived with them broken..TBC
