This ep was amazing & I really think EoD will be good too. I just really want RTD to answer how everything works with the Tardis (the duplication, when did Sutekh infiltrate her & other stuff) & where tf is 14 yk? I loved The Giggle & still do but wow that ending might've been a massive dud if he doesn't do anything with the split.

With the whole Companions working in Unit thing. I get the argument for Rose: she is young, we havent seen any of her adventures with the doctor ect.. but I think Donna proved her strength to qualify working for unit. My mind goes to Partners In Crime where we see her actively investigating sketchy companies because of the doctor and The Sontaran Strategem where she looks at the files for sick days. Sure she probably wouldn't be great on the 'front lines' so to speak, but investigation/ research I can totally see

Would make a good 'canon' sense why she wouldn't be in this ep

That is true, I have forgotten that side of her. I guess im just looking at her adventures with the doctor and she doesnt scream UNIT to me but, definitely she could be useful on that end of things.

I found Ruby's mother reveal to be stupid... she's an ordinary unwed teen mom in a cloak and hood in the 21st century? Either it's a red herring and there's deeper stuff going on... or it's just kinda stupid!

I agree. I like the idea individually but the setup for it was very misleading and didnt really work. Im hoping that we do get answers to this and maybe her father has something to do with it.
