I have a 2024 Manual GLI I have had for about 2 months. Just started modding it a bit. First was a BFI dog bone insert, no more wheel hop just wheel spin. Second was an APR intake for the noises. Also have the hose pipe and turbo inlet on the way, but gonna hold off a bit before installing those. I really want an exhaust and wheels/tires next. Still trying to decide if I want to do anything with the suspension given Michigan potholes lol

Hey, when u say #5: Dogbone inserts do u mean motor mounts? I agree with #3 sway bar and suspension work. I have a mk6 GLI 6spd! The car has been fun to drive. Thanks for the upload s!

Hey! So dog bone not motor mounts, they work similar cause it reduces play in the engine. I made a video on it its linked in description :) Swaybar definitely helped sooooo much, im sure ona mk6 as well :) thanks for the support man!

I run the same springs on my 21 GLI, no complaints at all feels Basically stock and feels better in corners. Plus it gets rid of that pesky GLI wheel gap

I'm confused on the lowering springs, r u saying that with them and having DCC you will have to do the DCC delete or its not an issue ? Also does the lowering springs make the ride firmer/harsher ?

Some lower springs will be compatible with dcc, unless u buy dcc coilovers you will need a delete kit. Yes the ride is a bit stiffer and tighter

Question for other mk7 GLI owners, I have a 2019 GLI and ever since I bought it the driver seat has always had a screeching/squeaking noise. Anyone else have that same issue?

@@siqeh coils are absolutely worth it, however, if you have DCC just keep in mind you need DCC canceler kit to remove the error
