A Roomba j9+ (the vacuum only model) would keep those floors dust free.

I missed the entire reason why you moved, I do recall some sort of leaking roof? and or a lease/building being sold. I like the look of the new place and the floor dioes look very cool.

FYI: We have a VCT Black and White checker Floor in our house. We bought a Roborock Qrevo Master Robot Vacuum and Mop. It was a hard spend, but it works and makes the floors very shinny and clean. We paired it with our older Roborck vacuum. At midnight Roborock S6 the vacuum goes at and does its thing. When it is done the Roborock Qrevo Master Robot Vacuum and Mop. goes out and polish the floor, We use low to no vacuum suction on the Roborock Qrevo Master Robot Vacuum and Mop and let our older Roborock S6 worry about vacuuming up the place. In the morning I change out the water with fresh water and empty the dust bins. Again it seems like a lot of money but our floor look great, in your case with such a large area it would save in labor cost.

We were talking about a robot mop the other day. We've been using the robot vacs in the old space for years and they did a great job.

@@Pinballorama We have found the Qrevo with the spinning mop disc works so much better than the robot mops that are butt draggers. Qrevo self cleans during the ycle every 10 to 15 minutes and does not leave streaks on the floor like the butt dragging mops.
