The croquetas are made with a dense bechamel and pringá, that is the remains of meat of cocido (the popular stew of meat, vegetables and chickpeas)

I love Spanish food. I wouldn’t say the best food is in the South, but it’s great there too. Tapeo in Seville is the best way to have lunch, even when you have to endure the noisy bartenders shouting orders😅

I went on a Devour Tours in Lisbon and loved it a lot. I ate Portugal's version of jamon called "presunto" and it was delicious because it's the same black iberian bellota stuff. But the funny thing is the guide reluctantly agreed that Spain is world famous for their ham for a reason and that it really is the best. But he said a big part of it is that most of those Iberian pigs are raised in Portugal!

13:16 I just want to point out that this is not Spanish music (as from Spain), but Puerto Rican “jíbaro” music. Native music from the country side. 14:37 Carrillada (stew pork cheeks) is fenomenal, the best. Instead of tapas of ración, I would take “un plato de Carrillada con patatas” and I’m happy.
