FYI. Advantage sells a "lock extension" that raises the lift by 1". Works similar to how your friends adapter works.

You're right, i bought them. Small print though...can't use them on the top notch, so it doesn't extend overall height. I found out the hard way. Only useful if you have a lower ceiling and you're teying to squeek out just a bit more space on one of the lower notches.

I have the exact same lift, I love it, great piece of equipment! I've worked on everything from a Polaris Ranger, cars, SUV's, a tractor, and a Ford F450 4WD crew cab long bed dually pickup. It can do it all!

Hi, what the outer dimension of the legs? Also, does it need to be bolted to the ground at somepoint?

I dont recall off hand but they are shown on the website, actually all of the dimensions are. And no, it does not need bolted. Thats the #1 reason i went with a four post vs a 2 post. It has castors so I've actually moved it over next to the mezzanine so we could work on my buddy's 30' boat. Then mo e it back. Its extremely stable. Ive had the f250 on it at full extension

@@themoneypitgarage Thank you so much. I'm trying to squeeze in my Ford F 350 Dually underneath and Ford Excursion on top ;) Both are lifted ;) F350 is 8 inch lift and Ex is 6 inch lift.

@mack_titan width wise, I think it will fit, but i don't think you can squeeze it under without a serious modification. They make extra high lifts but they tend to be narrow. That might be a challenge

Yep! Basically just 1.25" with a small notch.

Not sure how cost effective it would be to have them shipped, but I'd be happy to take some photos with measurements. I'm sure if you took to your local fab shop they could do it easily.
